The bottom line is 1stopcamera.com had the lowest price on some of the highest quality appliances (Fisher Paykel) on the market, and they fulfilled my order perfectly. A potential customer should be aware that delivery times can be fairly long, but if you can stand to wait several weeks for delivery it's worth it.

The Canon camera was delivered brand new with all the accessories as advertised. Despite placing the gift order online a few days before Christmas the camera was delivered sooner than expected before the holiday at no extra charge. I also had to contact customer sales due to an error that I made when I placed the order. The rep I spoke with, Adam, was very helpful and provided great assistance. He was able to revise the order and correct my mistake prior to it being shipped. Excellent service and great value.

The glass stove top not only was an awesome price but arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. It looks great in the kitchen and my wife loves it. The unit was easy to install and is energy efficient which makes cooking a breeze. No more boining over spills as the burners control are absolute rather than the old guesswork involved using the coil type electric stovetops..

I was very satisfied with the timely shipping of the item, although there was some confusion involving scheduling for delivery on the phone numbers and contact info. If the items to be delivered require a signature and someone to be at the drop off location, that would be some handy information to have before hand.

I have been consistently pleased with 1stopcamera.com for all our large appliance needs. They always have excellent prices, no sales tax for much of the country, and good shipping speeds despite the fact that it comes from pretty far away. I have shared their website with many friends every time someone complains about buying appliances at Lowe's or Home Depot. I have been able to order appliances from them for the last 4 major appliance orders we made, and each time have been exceptionally pleased with their service, pricing, and order delivery process.

Excellent experience with 1 Stop Camera. Ordered a washer and dryer from another online retailer who told me they were in stock and would ship out in next couple days. 4 days later I get a backorder email. So...I searched again, found them here, at a cheaper price, in the warehouse, and ready to be shipped. Plus, Adam gave an additional discount on the order. From New York to my garage in Ohio in 1 week AND I got almost a daily email giving me a status update. Job well done. Will order again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks

I'm not usually one to bother with reviews, but I just had the best service from this online parts dealer. I ordered a part for my Sharp Microwave Drawer on 8/25 and it was delivered free today which is pretty speedy service. This part was really difficult to find. Another source had it back ordered to may. I had been dealing with a well-known repair service for 1 1/8 months on this, and it was a ridiculous and unsuccessful process, so I am even more pleased with the 1stopcamera.com's service. They are my new favorite online part store.
