Applauding & appreciating Matt Welsh of Bulwark Exterminating! He has been treating my home for almost 8 years, always with friendly, knowledgeable & professional attention to my home's needs, inside & out. I rarely see a bug inside, so he's doing an excellent job of creating a barrier for the bugs. Matt is most kind & respectful of my personal requests to carefully spray & close the gates so that the bird feeders & herbs are not contaminated &, most importantly, so that my dog is safe! I highly recommend Bulwark.

I've used Bulwark for years and all service techs have been great. Mark Williamson was no less. He arrived early in the stated time window and worked quietly and efficiently. He even apologized for setting off my silly barking dog. No apology needed, Mark. This dog thinks her mission in life is to bark at anything and nothing.

Today Daryle Gee, with Bulwark pest control, did a great job in addressing my pest concerns. He treated the outside of my home, inside my garage and basement. I have noticed a huge improvement of keeping bugs out of my home since using Bulwark. Great service!

We are fairly new members to the Bulwark family (since August 2023) and we are very impressed with the quality of service we received from Orlando Council a few days ago. He was so very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in meeting our needs. I am extremely impressed by the thoroughness in keeping out home pest free (wish they could get rid of the squirrels as well but we know this is not part of their services). We highly recommend Bulwark Exterminating. They are a very high quality company.

Lindsey was so helpful in getting a remedy in place to eliminate the (roach) pests that we have inherited. We looked forward to Bulwarks continued weekly visits in getting the roach infestation under control. We hated to hear that Lindsey was going to the call center as she was such a pleasure to work with; however, we do look forward to working with the next expert in our combat against roaches.

We were very pleased with Bulwark’s Exterminator, Orlando C. He was professional, polite, and conscientious during a recent service treatment to our home. He did a thorough inspection all around the outside of our home and addressed any concerns that he saw. He is an asset to Bulwart and I would recommend him to anyone in need of a conscientious exterminator!

Mr. Matthew Separk serviced my home for mosquitos, spiders and an issue with a mouse in my crawlspace. He was courteous, professional, and very patient, since I was quite nervous about the crawlspace issue. He scheduled a follow up visit for this week to check the traps he set. I highly recommend Bulwark for pest control! From the phone conversation with the customer rep ti the the technician’s visit, they make it easy to keep the bugs (and other things) under control.

I’ve used Bulwark Exterminating for 20 years. Their customer service is excellent. They provide me with pest control, termite and mosquito protection. All of the service technicians have been courteous and professional. The current technician servicing my home, Mr. Tellas Richardson, has been wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company, and want to thank Mr. Richardson for such outstanding service!

Mr.Gee is very conscientious about his work. When he has arrive he lets you know he is there and starting to work. That is important these days. You don’t want to look up and see someone in your backyard. He always ask if you are experiencing any problems. And makes sure to call if you are having any issues. Gives an Explanation if needed.

Paul Moore provided service today at our home. I was really impressed and appreciative of his thoroughness and in addressing all areas of the yard and around our foundation. He was attentive to all my questions and concerns and acted proactively to avoid the pesky ants we usually get in this season in our kitchen. Paul sprayed in our garage as well as we typically have a lot of palmetto bugs and spiders. He was proactive to leave a sticky trap in the garage. He was very courteous and efficient and made sure he provided exemplary service.

Bulwark Pest Control has been servicing my home for the past few years. I would like to give a shout out to Joshua Tamarit with Bulwark. Joshua always is very prompt and calls to let me know he is on his way. He is very professional and gets the job done. He listens to the areas that are of concern to me and addresses those accordingly. Joshua always sends me a text to let me know if there were any issues (spider webs, etc.) and that those have been taken care of. Great job Joshua !!!

Randall G with Bulwark Pest Control is consistently one of the most professional technicians. He is thorough and always checks with me to cover any new pest issues. Josh Tamarit has always been a most thorough, polite professional in servicing our property. As a result, we rarely, if ever, see ants, crickets, cockroaches, earwigs spiders, etc. in or around our house.
Josh has even dusted the cobwebs off the ceiling corners of our screened porch.

Daryle G, came to tgg HT e house. Pleasant introduction right out front. Went through the process. Made me very comfortable with what was going to take place. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. But the kicker was I wanted something that would take care of the lizards and I was prepared to drop you guys if you could not accommodate. However DG was simply honest and fourth Wright and said we don’t have anything that will take care of that! Because of his honesty I decided to stay!!! He did give me great advice on carpenter bees and I appreciate that. Also provided

Bulwark just came by and the gentleman was extremely professional and helpful. He was so patient as I had forgotten I had a scheduled visit for the day and was not prepared. He did a very complete job and I am very satisfied with the work. I have also called in regarding questions I’ve had in the past and the customer service has always been very prompt and professional. Michael P. Desronvil is the best around. We were sitting on the deck when he arrived. He was very professional and polite when he introduced himself. He explained the entire process. He answered all our questions. His work was very clean inside and everything was put back in place. It has only been 5 days and we have not seen anything (ants) crawling. Randall Griffiths is the best at pest extermination, he knows what he's doing and gets the job done. He is always prompt, super polite and gets the job done. He always tells me if I need any thing between service calls to let him know. In addition to that he goes the extra mile when you ask him. Today just before Randall arrived, I had opened both sides of our back French doors … but had not been able to lock the one side closed. I asked Randall if he would mind to lock it for me and he said no problem and closed it right up.
I truly appreciate not only Randall's professionalism but the way he always gets the job done … right the first time, every time and is so willing to help.

Matt Welsh was our Bulwark Technician 5/2/18. Matt was great! He walk us though what he was doing and what to expect after. He was funny, fast, informative, and a pleasure to have in our home. Eric Burgin from Bulwark is so professional! He always calls before he arrives. He is very thorough in his work. He remembers the problems that we had before and lets us know what is is doing to address them. Eric always take the time to chat with my husband about what he is doing.
