This is my second time using American Freight. Tyra was my sales person and she was right on the spot. She knew just what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable, able to answer my questions. I had shopped on line first, but did not get a clear understanding of what I wanted. Tyra was able to help me out with all of my needs.

Why in this world we created a couple ?. Because if we live alone it is impossible for some other people because all living beings deserve a love like us, because animals also have feelings that can be destroyed like us. So do not disappoint the couple who loves you.

I bought a new mattress set in north Charleston, sc and had excellent service by carlos...it was delivered in less than 2 hours after purchase..very happy with purchase..

I purchased a couch/ottoman from Gainesville store on 6/8. It was suppose to be delivered on 6/10. The couch was NOT on the truck and the ottoman was lying on its side without any packing material on a dirty trailer. I refused the ottoman.
It has now been 4 weeks of every excuse that can be thought of by the store manager, Chris. Example: its on back order, it's in the warehouse, it's at another warehouse, we can't find it, it will be here in July.
I finally called on 7/8 as they were not going to call me. Chris said he would check on couch and call me back. He did not call. I called him on 7/9 and he said the couch was on the truck and would be delivered later in the day. It was not.
I called him today and he was trying to say he was told I had come in and picked out something different. I ask him what did that have to do with the fact that he told me Saturday the couch/ottoman was on the trailer and would be delivered...??
I can sleep tonight as he's checking into it...!!

We were very pleased with our experience at American Freight in Ocala. Our salesman Ron really worked with us and showed us exactly what we asked for
at the prices we wanted to pay. We bought 2 bedroom sets with mattresses. We will be needing more items and will go back to Ron. He is so polite and patient which is hard to find in today's youth sometimes. Your company is very lucky to have him. Keep up the good work Ron.

Went into the store in Fort Myers Fl.. Angel was very helpful.I picked out a sofa with foot rest. He was amazing explaining every option I had .He even loved the pillows I bought for it. Thank you so much.

Went to AmFrt looking for a king bed, ended up buying bed, dinning table n six chairs and a sofa and recliner chair. Eric Green was our sales person. He spent 3 hours with us and never once tried to get us to buy more than we wanted to spend, he even suggested a nice place to go for lunch. We WILL recommend friends and family to shop at AmFrt and request Eric wait on them.

I went into the store two weeks ago for the first time and was greeted by a very helpful person named Richard Howard. He allowed me and my spouse to look around without a "hard sell". Once he saw we were interested he made every effort to close the sale and he did. He was very professional even in a very warm store. Delivery was as expected and I smile when I look at what it cost. Thank you, American Freight and Richard Howard.

Had a mattress a little over a year and had an issue. Called and sent pictures. Javier followed up on our case and even came to my house to review our claim, and it was approved. So even though I had an issue, it was resolved to my satisfaction.
