I went up to pick up a pizza at Angelo's on 19 and Sunday in Holiday, to my surprise I saw American Freight Furniture-Matress. I needed furniture for my home so I went in. I was very surprised and happy with the customer service and their products. I was able to furnish my finance's daughters bedroom with ease. We are all so happy with the look, quality and the price points of the furniture that we are looking forward to returning to furnish the rest of our home. I told Jonathan the manager we will be back with smiles ready to purchase more very soon.

My husband and i are very pleased with how we were treated and how nice everyone was with helping us finding a bed that fit our budget...We are telling allof our family and friends where to go if they are in need of anything !! We want to send out a big 'thank you " to our salesperson Mike for all his help !! American Freight is the place to go .....Whitesboro ,N.Y. location....

We were looking for new furniture for our upstairs living room. We don't use this room very often but thought we might use it more if the furniture was more comfy!!! It didn't take me long to fall in love with 3 or 4 different sectionals or couches. I finally settled on one. We have to wait one week to pick up in a different store. I am so excite to redo our living room.
We will be going back to look at bedroom suites & table shortly!!!!

Andre" the sales person @ the Columbus, GA store lied about the delivery. He said the delivery folks would remove old one and put the new mattress on the bed and would keep the plastic intact. The delivery guys said they do not touch anything and if they do they will charge an extra fee. They refused to keep plastic intact and my husband had to take off the old king size mattress by himself while they stood there looking. Afterwards, handed ripped plastic to him. Pissed @ Andre" for deceiving us about delivery. By the way the store was hot as hell during shopping.

I visited American Freight in Washington, IL. on 8-6-16.. Mike was the employee that help us out tremendous with selecting the perfect set of furniture we need... Mike was very friendly, and patient with us.. He wasn't pushy like most sales people... We got our furniture the same day! Which is what we wanted.. They have a nice selection of furniture to choose from also...

I am a new customer to American Freight Furniture. I saw their ads on TV and decided to go in to see them. I am so happy I did. I went to the one in Hagerstown, MD. I live in Inwood WV but this was the closest one. I was in the market for a bed for my teenage son who is already 6'2" and only 17 so I needed a bed that was going to last this massive young man of mine who has more growing to do. I met with Jose and he was fantastic!! He had my son lay on mattresses that was going to handle my gentle giant and he found the perfect mattress and bed to match his Basketball/Football décor. I love the free layaway with no fees or hassles - Jose is super fantastic. I work in a college and tell everyone about this place. I will be getting my living room furniture there as soon as I pay off my son's bed. Their prices are very reasonable - you are not paying for a lot of overhead -- they are plain and simple and their customer service is wonderful. Jose did not push --he simply showed us the choices. He is always so pleasant when I go in to make a payment and jokes around with my son who is always with me. I recommend this company to everyone. I have bought furniture from a fancy furniture store that was overpriced and the sales people made you feel like a guppy in a shark tank when you walked in. I have been in sales for most of my career and I will not push and coerce people to buy. Jose is the same way and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for making this purchase enjoyable and painless. Jose is a definite asset to your company. He makes you feel like he's known you forever and now part of the family which is how I have always made my clients feel. Thank you for the free layaway --it makes it easier for people to purchase their dreams in a way that they can work with. I'm so glad you guys are here. :-)

Our service was provided by Jeren. (DIfficult to read his name on my paperwork, sorry!) My husband and I recently purchased a mattress set here. The one we originally wanted was not in stock but our sales associate asked questions and upon learning about my back surgery and my recovery process along with my pain level, picked out a mattress that was in our price range that both my husband and I were comfortable with. It's been about a week and we have been sleeping very well on our new mattress.
Great service and great quality and care for the customers! I definitely recommend and will be returning!!

Went to purchase a Sofa/Loveseat in Melbourne, Florida and was assisted by Virginia. We found her to be very helpful, informative, and engaging. She made the experience easy and enjoyable.

My husband and I went to Amfrt. in No. Ton. NY. on Sat. 1/23 just looking for a love seat for our spare rm. So we were greeted by Rodger who was outside and let us in. He preceded to ask us what we were here to look at ....we told him,so he gave us the lowdown on the furniture answered any questions we had then let us browse. We came across a love seat we liked and Rodger gave us the price Long story short.....we bought the love seat and Rodger was the best salesperson we have come across in a long long time. He didn't bother us till we were ready. I like that! So I am giving Rodger a +10! If we ever need furniture in the future we will go back to Amfrt. and ask for Rodger!

I was just at American Freight at 725 Hebron Road, Heath, Ohio. I was greeted by Ken Francis at the door and offered any assistance I might need. I was there for quite a while when Timothy Brown offered any assistance I might need. I was there so long because I couldn't make up my mind the selection was so good. Timothy Brown was of Great help to me in my selection. I will be back ..I must say that I don't remember being in s store with such nice friendly helpful associates. I came upon american freight on maybe 3 years ago now and my first time there was a very good exsperience, so i decided to go back again for another purchase and i had an even better exsperience,i must say that i'm pleased to see that their is some places with young people that can be very professional on their job,and know about the merchandise that their selling.I did refer a friend to shop there they did and was pleased as well.GO!! guys keep up the good work!

I was shopping at the store in Willoughby this past Saturday. Adam was the greatest salesman with the most knowledge for what I told him I needed. He showed me several couches and tables. I bought my new sofa/chaise and queen mattress from American Freight on Arlington Rd. in Akron. Every time I have been there everyone was very helpful,nice and helped me measure a few different items so I could check before buying. Leroy Wise was the salesman that helped me when I purchased last week and was very nice. I will be going back to them for more furniture!
