I visited the Northville, Mi. location. I walked in to a packed establishment, I arrived alone so the greeter instructed me to help myself to the bar area. Unfortunately, there was not any seat available. So I returned to the host to inform them. I was told the wait time for a table was an hour. (Ouch) so I decided to wait on the bar area instead. While waiting @ the end of the entryway I saw an empty chair, I approached the customer who told me it was taken. I went back to my corner & continued to wait. When all of a sudden 2 guests walked past me & went to the bar area, coincidentally 2 guests just so happen to be leaving as they got up. A second guest requested the manager, when (Hope) the manager arrived, he stated that he was waiting on the bar and these guests just walked right in and got a sit. Hope along with the front hosts instructed us that it's on a first come first serve basis! How is that when apparently we were there first. She did nothing to rectify the problem. I placed a take out and three other guest simply left. There has to be a better way to handle these kinds of problems. Hope says that she can't ask a customer to get up once they're seated. But, if they had approached the hostess, they should've been informed that even the bar area have a waiting line. This is NOT good customer service.

We had such great service on food on our trip to Michigan at the Davenport location, we stopped on the way back to Arizona, for another great evening. The service could not be better. Daviod and Erin were most cordial. The food was super, the beers were excellent, and we want you to come to Prescott, Arizona, and open a new place.
Thanks again for 2 great evenings.

We have visited your restaurant many times and have found each visit as enjoyable as the first. The food is delicious and well prepared and reasonably priced. Your employees are friendly, helpful, and courteous. We always enjoy the atmosphere. You can be certain we will continue to visit your restaurant for years to come.

Tonight was my husband and my first visit at your restaurant. And I have to say, everything was absolutely perfect! I had the rib-eye, which I have to say, was the first time I have had a steak cooked EXACTLY the way I ordered, my hats off to the chef, my husband ordered the London broil, which he raved about. Our waitress Madison was amazing, very personable , great attitude and made sure we were well taken care of. I was very impressed to say the least with your manager as well! store location Store # 22 in Ft Wayne , Kris Harmer well, I don't think there are enough words for him, he is a very professional young man, from checking up on us while we ate, to making sure we were satisfied with our meal at the end. We loved coming here and will be coming back. Thank you for such wonderful food, service and atmosphere :)

At today at GCFB was shocked to see organge juice and tea were charged on our bill for the brunch. Most restaurants that I go to for brunch include the drink ad ONE REFILL. We were charged not only for the drink but the refill. Very disappointed at this because of the cost for the brunch.
