These professionals justify true professionalism! The old medical equipments were driving us crazy with all the clatters and noises. The team told us there was no need to replace two of them as their working was okay, but one should be replaced quickly before it creates harm to the technician or patient. Now our whole lab setup works appropriately and we couldn’t ask for more!

I purchased the Freestyle Optium Meter and Test strips on the advice of my doctor for keeping eyes on blood sugar level. Customer service was cooperative, answered all my questions and received the product quickly. No doubt about a quality, since the product was of “Abbot” brand. The price was acceptable too as compared to others.

Ilex well worth the price. Wide range of medical equipments is their USP. It was getting tough for me to get different laboratory equipment in market. Fortunately, ilex had what we were looking for and exactly at the price, we were expecting. Good place to have all laboratory needs!

We would describe ilex as legit. We checked many sites to the purchase of disposables and found ilex safe. Very reasonably priced, especially compared to other medical device suppliers, which were generally a major rip-off. They were very professional and really thorough with their business. No hidden prices were charged at the time of delivery. Fair in comparison to others!!!!

Regarding professionalism, I would give them five stars for sure. I haven’t seen such expertise till date. The ilex team was very proficient with all the medical equipments they offer. Bit surprised to notice they didn’t charge excessive for large shipment! They understand customers really well and deserve recommendations…
