The Arbys at 7578 is a very pleasant place to eat. The employees are very nice and its team work there. I go there during lunch. The customers and employees be enjoying each others company laughing and just a down to earth place to be. No place is perfect everyday. But this is a friendly place to be.

The last two times I've gone to Arby's on Allan Rd. in Peoria, Illinois a lady named Diann has waited on me. She is so nice, makes you feel your business is appreciated, and very good at assisting customers. My order has been correct, hot, and delivered quickly. I just want to thank her for making my visit so pleasant. She is a wonderful asset to your company. THANK YOU!

I would never go to Arbys in LaSalle, Illinois again. I heard employees talking about how bad the black mold is getting in the ice machine , walking cooler, and frezzer, what a health issue. The general manger needs to learn what personal high gene is her breath is enough to kill you. And not only that but her and the closing manager looks high all the time. Leaks all through out the store what a hazzard

I stopped at the drive thru at Bethalto, ll. ordered the chicken, bacon , sandwich with a coupon it was excellent the services very good. first time' I've eaten that sandwich but keep it on your menu. It is big and a meal by itself.

I went to the arbys on Everett mall way and had the worst experience I have ever had. Not only would the blonde girl in a ponytail wearing glasses, wouldn't let me use any online coupons. I didn't receive a receipt. And then take my food home and discover the meat on my classic roast beef in my beef and cheddar was so incredibly thick and rubbery and I call the store to speak to a manager and he would not help me fix what has happened just coming up with excuses why the food was the way it was.

I went through your drive-thru on Jan. 15, 2015 at 3:41 p.m. and had excellent service by your employee Michelle. She was courteous, well spoken over your "speaker" and was easily understood. I appreciated her service.

I stopped today to get my favorite chicken salad sandwiches and was told they were taken off the menu until May! Sad news! Why are they a summer menu item? I was so disappointed.

I went to my local Arby's close to my house to pick up food. It was excellent as usual. Staff at drive thru was very friendly. Told me to drive safely. Arby's has been a favorite of mine since high school many many years ago!!! and always will be. Thank you.

I love your fish and reuben sandwiches.
Also I enjoy your side dishes, the onion rings, potato cakes, and your desserts. Your prices are very reasonable and the Arby's in Eureka #8269 and Chesterfield, MO are very clean and the staff is very personable. The only other fast food I really enjoy is Jack in the Box and it is for their Breakfast Sandwiches and McDonald's for their Ice Creams cones. So depending on what I am craving, I have three choices and since Pacific, MO only has McDonald's and Taco Bell, if I am in another area that has Arby's, I go for the Arby's since I can't always get my favorite sandwich, the fish. Also you only carry the fish during Lent, which is sad because they are so great.

I stopped in to get the 2 fish sandwiches for $5.00 pn my way home from church (Ash Wednesday) - they were great and the staff was so nice and friendly. The girl came up to the window and even asked if I would mind waiting a couple minutes for the fish sandwiches and she would make me fresh ones. I told her no - - go right ahead - I will wait. Only took a few minutes.

I ordered a classic combo w/curly fries & a small drink for 6.49 through the drive thru on 2/21/14. It was a quick lunch for a drive to another town & I didn't check until about 15 min on the road. What I received was not the classic combo but a fish sandwich. I was disappointed & feel a credit is due. The restaurant is #7311 in Boise, Idaho & have had no problems until now. Thank you

There was 4 cars in the drive thru with us being number 4, it took 10 to 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and the fries and potato cakes were cooked in grease that was bad. So bad it ruiened the meal. Terrible food and service.
