I join the disappointment of so many others who paid for photos and frames, and have received nothing. My parish is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, and the Photo Directory would have been an excellent part of this. Photos were taken in Aug., Oct. and Nov., and as of yet most people have received nothing. Many hoped to give them out at Christmas. Some placed orders for $ 300 and $ 400. Do we have to make this a legal matter ? Why can't Mr. Mark Erwin just do what he was paid to do: send the parishioners the photos and frames they have ordered and paid for. Or give them their money back. It's a matter of simple justice. I'm waiting for an answer ...

On September 29, 2015 my husband and I had our picture taken at Queen of the Universe Church in Levittown, PA. As of this date, January 8, 2016, we have received nothing. A free 8 x 10 complimentary portrait and a church directory were promised. Numerous calls have been made by the church secretary and myself along with an email to the company. No response. This is a scheister outfit. There is a large list of people at our church with the same complaint. Some people actually purchased additional photos on a credit card, the credit card company has reached out to this irreputable company but to no avail. We previously belonged to Immaculate Conception Church in Levittown, PA and the photographer never bothered to show up. Do not let yourself be taken in by this company.

Our parish directory pictures were in August 2015. As of December 28, 2015 many orders have not been received, which were Christmas gift hopefuls. I sincerely doubt we will receive a refund let alone our photos. Sadly, absolutely no follow-up to voice mails and email messages. Such poor customer service, I truly wonder how they stay in business. There are other companies that can provide this service. Please do your research before considering this company.

File a complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau. Website is bbb.org. Have your church do the same thing. If you paid for additional pictures on a credit card, dispute the charges.

Very poor customer service. I have been more than a year in this process and I still don't have books and the company has stopped replying. Phoned and emailed Mark Erwin (president) with no response in over a month. Still waiting for my books.

I was to receive a free 8x10 for having my picture taken but looking at what they charged for their "packages" could not justify buying more. I have not recieved my "free" picture. Not that it matters because like i was not impresed whith what i saw.

Ridiculously overpriced for what you get. I don't consider one 8x10, and two 5x7's on regular photo paper and not retouched a reasonable price.

I forgot to say that the above 3 photos cost $148. Seriously, how is that reasonable. No they do not come with frames either.
