My friend & I visited the Waterbury CT store recently and after looking for the items we wished to buy, I could not find a few of them. One cashier looked at me blankly and said she didn't know what I was talking about and made no effort to clarify. The same cashier would not pick up our items from the counter, and asked my friend & me to pick them up individually and turn the UPC up so she could scan them. My friend put down her rewards card and was told to turn it over. We were so surprised that we did it and got the same blank stare when we said to have a nice day. I was speaking to my hairdresser and she had the same experience with the same cashier. Would be funny if it wasn't so pitiful. Maybe more training is needed?

I joined over a month ago, and was told at that time the first time I used the card I would get fifteen percent off the order instead when I use the Card I am told that I should have been sent a coupon by e-mail. I got No coupon but all the ads from Ollie's.

I just left your store in Wilmington,N.C. Not more than 20 minutes ago. Last night our a/c went out. Last week our well burnt up and cost us $1400.00 to fix. We are trying to get our house ready for inspection to adopt a child from the Philippines where my wife is from. The manager on duty Saime learned of our problems and instantly dedecided to give us a discount for our a/c. We were not asking for it but the compassion she showed us was very heart warming . We still need several odds and ends to finish our project and you can be sure it wont" be the dollar store for us God Bless everyone at Ollies

Very happy with Ollie’s return policy. Bought a coffee maker from them in November and it stopped working in May. No longer had my receipt. Went back to Ollie's to purchase another and told Caisik, the cashier It was replacing coffee maker I had bought from Ollie"s .He asked if I was going to return old and when I told him I no longer had my receipt, he looked my purchase up on line and told me to bring it back and talk to manager. Wayne, the manage ,handled my return with pleasure. i will continue to shop at my Ft. Wayne, IN Ollie's with great confidence that they stand behind the products they sell.

My first visit to Ollie's in Norfolk and I needed help, along comes friendly John.
He explained and helped me find the items I needed. Good luck to me and my new garden. Great prices!!

There are good bargains to be found but the cleaning products may be old - VERY old. Jan 2016 I bought a product that had a coupon in the box that expired in 2011. The Cascade pods I bought - same type that I usually buy in Walmart and which work great - are actually a different color than they make now and do not dissolve in the dishwasher, I'm assuming b/c they're old also.

That surprise me because I buy brillo, food,and others stuff they don't have items that are old at all ! Am very satisfy with everything!By the wayEvery workers!Including the managers that work at Ollies Army are very polite and very helpful! I Love Shopping At Ollies Army In Upstate New York I'ts My Favorite place To Shop!

I have been going to ollies for the last three years,first for the great bargains but also for the wonderful service that we recieve.We have been treated so kindly at the ollies store in Saginaw mi. store #153. The assistant team leader nick trier has treated my wife and I more like friends than mere customers. When I seek his assistance,he treats me as if I were the only person in the store. I drive over thirty miles to shop at ollies even though there are several discount stores closer to my home. Nick trier is the kind of employee that every company would be glad to have. He is honest, friendly, polite, and knowledgable. I am glad to say I am a loyal customer of ollies, and a proud member of ollies army. Thank you. And GOD BLESS YOU.
