my first time was at the new pizza ranch in Springfield Il. On 08-23-15, It just opened, so it is a new restaurant. It was at the busy time of the evening so it was pretty busy. The parking lot still had a few more parking spaces, left for people to park. But still had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated and I did not mind that, but it was a nice evening and there were no benches outside if you wanted to set outside and on the inside there wasn't much either 1 or 2 benches . So I had to menschen this to one of the employees and they said they would tell the manager what I had said. And I also mentioned that if you did decide to wait outside how come they did not have those vibrating thing that tell you when your table is ready. After I got in and set down, I just got the buffet, the employees were great, the food was great, they had chicken that was good to, they had a salad bar that was good, and ice cream. All in all the food was good the employees were great and the whole environment was great and I would highly recommend this to anyone and I am looking forward to going back again.

We were at Pizza Ranch Wednesday and Friday and we had found out that the young man who has been with Pizza Ranch for a long time is leaving. His name is Carlos Moore and he will be leaving and going somewhere else!! Oh my gosh! WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED THAT HE IS LEAVING!!! We have followed him to every Pizza Ranch and I can't believe you would let a young man go who cares so much about this business. He works hard he cares about the people who come in and eat here. We have been to the Pizza Ranch in Council Bluffs and the ones in Nebraska and every store he has worked at has been the best to eat at. He is an amazing young man and he works so hard and when you need something he is there to help and to make your stay there so perfect. That is why I can't believe you would let a young man like him who cares so much about the people and your Pizza Ranch. We are so sad to see him go we are not the only people that are upset he is leaving. I don't think I will be coming back because without him it will not be the same. You are making a big mistake of letting him go. He is the only one I have seen work so hard and care so much!! Thank you and I hope to listened to what I have wrote. Kenny and Rosemary Jans

Today, June 22nd, 2015, my wife and I were guests of my wifes
sister and her husband at the Pizza Ranch #1590 at 624 College
Drive South in Devils Lake, ND, Upon arriving at 4:33 P.M., I
decided to have the Soup and Salad Bar and was informed that
the Soup would be available in a couple on minutes, After serving
myself a salad from an unkept salad bar I asked two different
employees during a 45 minute period about the soup and was
told that it was coming, Everyone had eaten by now and we
decided to leave. I will never return to this establishment
again. This business place has gone down hill in the past
couple of years.

I want to tell you about a young Man who works at the Pizza Ranch on 8810 south 71st Plaza in Papillion Nebraska. His name is Carlos Moore, we have followed him from Council Bluffs, Iowa and to every Pizza Ranch he as worked for he is so friendly, hard working, always makes sure everything is alright and always asks us if we need anything. He is always working so hard to make sure everything is clean and picked up and I just wanted you to know how hard working he is. Like I said we have followed him to every store because we knew if he worked there everything would be perfect and it has always been. Thank You Carlos for making are time at Pizza Ranch so PERFECT!

The employees appear happy and eager to help you. The manager comes around and asks if you are satisfied, The salad bar;pizza bar and the chicken is the best quality one can find at a self serve resturant.

We always love pizza ranch. This time we went to Newton IA Pizza Ranch to just pick up a tub of chicken for a funeral dinner and it took almost 20 minutes since we didn't call order in. We ordered 20 pieces and they wouldn't allow us to take it off the buffet. We were a little disappointed in the wait, but staff is always friendly. The chicken tasted a little burnt. Normally it is perfect.

So glad we have a Pizza Ranch in Shakopee, Mn. We go to that one almost every week. Everything is so good at the buffet. And the employees are the best...so friendly and helpful and fast at getting the used dishes off the table. Wonderful!!

I have always been well satisifed with Pizza Ranch. Tonight we ordered a pizza and 8 piece chicken box. Had ordered all white meat chicken with the broasted potatoes and cheese sticks. I get home four miles away to find out it is all dark meat. I called them and they said they I could come back and get all white meat. I said I live in the country so the next time I go in I can have the white meat chicken....not the potatoes and bread because they weren't messed up....lol. Very frustrating and no that doesn't make sense to me. It came as a package deal.......they messed up the package deal.

My husband and I went to the new pizza ranch on Floyd Ave last week and the food was very good (as always). However,I have a couple of "constructive" comments. I really love the lettuce salad that has cranberries and apples in it. But, the last day we were there the lettuce in the above mentioned salad was so brown and rusty, the sight was what encouraged me to walk away from it. The only other comment I would have is regarding the broasted potatoes. They are very dry.

We took our whole family of 15 people to the Independence IA Pizza Ranch on Christmas Eve. We all raved about how good the food was - fresh and delicious. The workers kept all the dirty dishes cleared from our tables and there was new food in the serving area constantly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have been passing the word that 'the Pizza Ranch is the place to go for excellent food and that you will never go away hungry"

I love pizza ranch. I go there with my bowling friends after bowling. I was very disappointed when they closed the pizza ranch on the other side of town. We were all so glad when they put a pizza ranch on our side of town. Everyone is so nice and prompt. They want to know if everything is okay and can they get us anything. I don't mind writing a review when the service is as good as they are.

The chicken is always very tasty and a lot of it. The staff was right there to take away your dirty plates and wanting to know if everything was alright. The pizza is my second choice after the chicken although the steak and onion pizza I had was something to die for it was GREAT. The salad bar is another one of my favorites which seems to be fresh all the time. Then if you have room the desert is very good along with the ice-cream on top. Keep up the work I go more often then I probably should oh well.

On Wednesday July 3rd, a friend and I went to Pizza Ranch in Dilworth MN ,# 1591, for supper. It was a very busy place with many families coming in. Although it was very crowded and everyone was filling their plates, the cooks and serving people did an excellent job in keeping the food containers filled and the tables clean. I know they had to work fast and furiously. We were able to enjoy our meal even though the food disappeared quickly from the buffet tables.

Went to Pizza Ranch in Creston, Iowa on 5/10/13 at approx. 6:05. Service was excellent. Food is always warm and well prepared. Staff are very courteous and resectful to patrons. Pizza Ranch crew go the extra mile to make sure that patrons have a great experince. One thing I have noticed that there is more being offered on the buffets: Variety of stuffing or potoato such as mashed, fried. The salad bar has 2 different lettuce combinations plus a multitude of other salads. Been there at other times and crew have made specialty pizzas for patrons. A Great Big Kudos to Pizza Ranch!!!

Went to Pizza Ranch at 3809 E 10th St. Sioux Falls SD on 4-28-13 at 6:30 PM. Went to fill glass with root beer, No root beer. Wanted a salad, no lettuce, Sat down at table, no napkins. Fill plate for dinner, no potatoes, mashed or French fried. After dinner found dessert pizza tray was also empty. They were out of chocolate ice cream. I wanted to talk to the manager but my wife made me leave and just forget about it. I guess we won't be in a big hurry to go back to that place again
