this phone is CRAP. i got it back in may turned it on used it one time and the screen turned black and still yet have i got help wit it the phones on and everything you can hear the volume go up and down and you can hear texts and calls come through but you cant see anything. i talk to customer service the guy lied just to not half to deal with it, told me to send it back (even walked me through how to) for no cost and so i did it, 3 weeks later i got the same phone back the same way i mailed it in. i turned it on 2 weeks ago it came on the screen diming and flashing and i used it same thing it went black and can hear everything text and all. this isn't right i half to pay $20 for another phone yea i think not. am i the only one this has happen to with the screen?

the only way to disconet service with q-link you may haft to contact the states attorneys office or see if a local news station will run a story on how difficault is to acualy talk to a real person .i have not used my broken phone since feb 2017. they say you haft to make at one phone call a month or it will be disconected. that is a lie they keep charging the government every month. i would guess they are not even based in the united states. they do have the florida address , i dont think thats where the peope in charge are. this hast to be one bigs cam. i cant get another phone cause they will not disconect it.these are crooked people.im going to try to contact the states attorneymy-self. good luck

this phonr is junk ZTE android model n8l7 it is slow the phone is very hard to navigate and when trying to answer a phone call it takes for ever.and when trying to answer a txt i have yo unlock screen whitch... oh yes sometimes take 2 rings and if i was in a window it takes 2 more rings to make along story short it is the worse smart i have ever had. i am thinking about going back to Safelink

I am 74 years old, and I have never in my entire life had so much BS, handed out to me. I am as of now still trying to figure out this phone, and actually talk to a human. I am thinking that there is perhaps only (1) or perhaps (2) people that operate this company. Very poor customer relationship, Also every where I go to make contact with a Human, there is a stumbling block, and I am still un-able to get thru, One more try to make contact, and if I cannot resolve this, I'm done and will spend the $20.00 for a burner. BEWARE if you still are inclined to try it.

I paid 20 for more service there was a cheaper plan for 15 then I swathe site and called c/s service to refund my account and they couldn't next my phone don't turn on or work at all I had to pay 25 for a replacement and still have not received. I was hoping since I paid for the phone I would receive a better one than zte or could find out if it has been shipped!!

This phone has given me so much frustration..every thing about using this phone is a problem. Launcher stops all the time. Texting and putting in new numbers etc. is constantly interrupted by buzz feed. Have to always wait for the keyboard to come up to put in extensions and text...I'm sending this crap back!!

My zte phone works fine so far. Although I do get voice mails and texts from people I don't know. I have not given out the number to anyone I know yet.

Opened my zte N817 android cell of which I received about a month ago, september 2016. screen said ZTE update and tapped on, message came back December 31, 1969 yes 1969. there were no androids on that date, cell not working out of sinc.

If I could give them 0 stars that's what I would do give them . They have poor c/s I sent back a phone do to it not functioning properly. But this rep cared nothing about my issue . The rep was so busy talking to her co worker. Like seriously who do with my issue. What does that have the issue I am having with me getting my replacement phone. Then she got mad cursed me out and hung up really? I had referred my friends I hope they don't have any issues occur. POOR Custumer Sevice.

I am surprised that ANYONE has even got the chance to even talk to a person about the problems with their phones at all! I have tried and tried but all I get is automated options to sine up or activate and all that bull but NO OPTIONS AT ALL to talk to a person so I can cancel this awful phone and I can't go back to my Safelink service because of it!

I also received a phone that the screen went all white and I used a friends phone to call and I CANCALED THE ACCOUNT and found out 7 months later that they never canceled the account and have me on their registar as active and it blocks me from going to another company for a phone and service which as a disabled person needs badly , I contacted government fraud hotline and was told they would take it seriously and prosecute any violations

Add a commentI,m dealing with the same problem. I can not get anywhere when trying to cancel my service. does not give you any option to talk to a person at all! Now I,m not able to get my Safelink service back because of it I am furious!
