Purchased a new 2019 CR-V from Duane Carnathan shortly after the first of the year. Very pleased with the dealership. Friendly and helpful people in finance and parts department. Duane did an outstanding job helping me with my purchase! He is an outstanding representative of your dealership. Was planning on shopping around a bit more, but you had the vehicle i was looking for (model, color etc.) and Duane sold it! One of the nicest sales people I have ever dealt with! Would come back in the future!

My wife and I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to look at a used Escape and left with a new Escape Titanium. Christina Barbato did a great job of upselling us from a used to a new vehicle. She made the purchase a pleasant experience. We will definitely refer any of our friends or relatives who are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to contact Christina.

My sister bought her first new car at Waikem from Vaughn West and Lee (Dont know last name). She had a wonderful experience and finalized everything today! She thought the guys were awesome!Vaughn took her twice for a test drive and showed her about everything on the car.Her car was 25 years old! I am so happy for her! Thanks guys for making her purchase a wonderful experience for her.She bought a new Elantra. So glad we went to Waikem! Everyone there is wonderful!

I want to tell you about the great experience I had dealing with Jeff Ross at the 3750 Lincoln Way E location in Massillon, Oh. I fist went online checking and pricing and dealt with Olivia from that same location, she is the one who got me through their door! Jeff is the sales person who greeted me and my sister. Jeff listened to what I wanted on my wish list. At no time did I feel that I was being pressured to by something I didn't want or could afford. I would rate the whole visit a 5 star rating. Way to go Jeff!!!

Just bought my 1st Subaru Crosstrek from Rick Spieth. He gave an awesome test drive and explaned everything thoroughly. He's an honest man and very sincere about his customers needs. I highly recommend him and Waiken they treat you great!!!

I was just a Waikem and bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonato Sport. I had Vaughn West as my sales person. He was very amazing with all his knowledge of helping me with my purchase. He is very thoughtful and caring to his customers. I have recommended him to a lot of other people to purchase vehicles.

I went to Waikem Ford Massillon Ohio on July 14, 2016. I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150. I would like to show my sincere appreciation to your outstanding team of true professionals. Ms. Lisa Randazzo (Sales Consultant) was not only very professional, but, she showed an outstanding knowledge of the vehicle's she was showing my wife and I. Ms. Randazzo has earned my respect and admiration for her outstanding work. Mr. Josh Tracey was truly instrumental in my decision to purchase the vehicle. His knowledge of the complicated issue's involved in the auto sales industry is truly outstanding. Mr. Vic Mick get a great big thank you from me also. Mr. Mick's knowledge of the financial industry coupled with his knowledge of the auto industry makes him an irreplaceable member of this truly outstanding team. We just got a Honda Accord, after having Mitsubishi's for 25 years. Our agent was Jason Sponseller. He was very professional, courteous, informative and thorough in his knowledge of Honda's. We would recommend him to others who may be undecided. He is a "keeper" for the Waikem family.

I want to let Waikem Ford how happy I am with the service I received from your salesperson LISA RANDOZZA. This was the first superduty I bought from you, however it was the best and easiest truck I have purchased. I have purchased 5 superduty diesels from Polletta and 1 superduty in Hartville and now all my purchases will be from Waikem Ford. I walked in to your dealership in November and Lisa came over to see if she could help me , told her what I was looking for you didn't have what I wanted in stock so we spec'd out a truck. Lisa kept me advised on every aspect of the build beat the delivery date by 2 weeks and handled most of the details over my Iphone. ( I don't have a lot extra time to waste on minor details because of hectic work schedule ) My wife and I came over to pick up truck and her and Lisa hit it off well, so well that she has changed her mind VW bettle to wanting a yellow mustang GT with racing stripes ( thanks, I guess I'll be seeing you again in the summer ). Also I want to thank Vince Mick to make the financing an enjoyable as possible and didn't get a cramp in my hand from to much signing he is a great Irishman. I will be recommending Waikems and Lisa to all the pipeliners that need to purchase a new rig Sincerely, Ray Duell

My wife and I just bought our third Subaru from Waikem, a 2016 Outback. Our sales consultant, Rick Spieth, did a great job for us, as he did on our other two Subarus. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining new technology and taking us for a couple rides to show us how to use that technology, and then letting us try our hand at it. We are very happy with the car, the service, and the dealership.

I recently bought new Honda CRV EX from Waikem. I already knew the style and color and trim level I wanted so there wasn't a lot of selling to do. Fortunately my sales rep Chad Furbay understood this right away and didn't try to push me into add-ons, upgrades, etc. Actually Chad did an excellent job and we got along very well. This transaction was about service and price, I was very satisfied on both counts. I first got with Chad on a Friday, and drove away in my new ride on Wednesday. The color I wanted had to be found at a different dealer. Thanks Chad, job well done.

Hello, just wanted to say that we had a very good visit at Waikem's. We went to look for a two yr. old Santa Fay and after our salesman Mr. Carl Holt showed and explained to us the advantages of buying a new Mitsubishi 7 pass. we decided he was right. We bought it then and are very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Mr. Holt for being there for us.

On May 14th I purchased a RED Ford Edge and two days prior to that Mark Farina left me drive several SUV around until I finally decided on this one. Mark is very dedicated to finding the exact fit for the customer. And he is very patient! When I arrived at the dealership I was not sure exactly what I wanted and he worked through it with me. I want to thank Waikem ford for the awesome job they did they have a great team and work really hard to get you what you want.I wan to thank Zac Tinlin our sales person he was relaxing to talk to ,I also want to thank Jim Hardy our sales manager and Victor Mick.They was very professional and very nice and honest.Unlike fairway where we got lied to there.I will keep my business at Waikem .I love my truck and the service we have got there at waikem they reated us like we was family instead of just customers . I highly recommend waikem if you want honesty and trust and great service.And Zac is an excellent sales person he makes you feel right at home they all do I will be dealing with Zac as my salesperson in the future .thank you waikem for all you did to help us.fairway lost my business but waikem gained it and I will only use them in the future.

My husband and I just purchased a 2015 Honda Fit. We leased 2 Honda Civics Si's 3 years ago from Waikem. Our salesperson was Eric Biggie both times. We were extremely impressed with Eric. He is down to earth and treats you like a member of the family. We never felt pressured into purchasing something we did not want, like most dealers. Eric took his time and got to know us first and what we were looking for. When we leased the Civics, Eric had to call many dealers to find the car colors we were looking for. Within a few days we were in our Civics. The Fit was much easier as it was on the showroom floor. Every time we had routine service on the vehicles Eric made sure to stop over and see how things were going. We have and continue to recommend Eric to anyone looking for a car. He goes above and beyond and very fun to deal with. He has made our car buying experience a fun and enjoyable one. Thank you, Biggie!!

We purchased our second Forester from Rick Spieth this month. We came back to Waikem Subaru because of Rick and the excellent service department there. Rick helped us build the 2015 Forester on the computer carefully explaining all the features available. We are certain we will be back so long as he is on the sales floor.

I would like to thank Ed Ecrement and Connie Tousant for their professionalism in purchasing our brand new Ford Taurus. Due to factory paint imperfections they stood behind Waikems tradition of the customer is priority.
Not once did they ever seem negative about satisfying us. Everything was very positive and whatever it would take to make us happy as a customer.
I felt I was treated more as a good friend then just a customer. Every person that I had talked to at Waikem was very caring and polite knowing how upset we were at first. Ed resolved our worrying as quickly as he possibly could. Because of Ed Ecrement and Connie Tousant I will look forward to buying new cars from them in the future with no doubt.

On 8-6-2012 I bought a sub/forester from Waikem subaru dealership and I dealt with salesperson MarkUrdiales. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was very relaxed which made me relaxed. I leased the car I wanted, the color I wanted and the monthly premium that I needed all thanks to him. He listen to my needs and then he and I made it happened.
