In this day and age, who among us would still click through an unsolicited email, not identifying itself as being affiliated with any of your providers, only to then be asked immediately for personally identifiable information (again, at this point this site hasn’t said who this information is for). Obviously I was not willing to input my info so this was as far as I could get.

If you’re rewarding this review with similar concerns - good job, stop now and be comfortable in your identity security.

Neither the email I received telling me I'd been granted access nor the initial registration page gives any indication of which, if any, of my healthcare providers use this portal. I don't see any contact information to whom a query could be sent.

Until one of my doctors tell me they're using it I'm not going to add any PII or PHI to this dumpster fire.

I registered on Yourhealthfile.com and found that my insurance company is not listed in the dropdown. Also, I cannot get to the homepage to send a message requesting help!!!

Nothing about this site tells me what prompted me to receive the "log in" email in the first place.
Before I even try to log in and do anything, I want to know what medical healthcare facility or organization prompted this email to me.
I've very wary of any unsolicited emails that could/would require me to pass on PII or PHI when I dont know who they are.
I'll sit this one out until I know where it came from.

Exactly, I want to explain that to the people here complaining about the functionality of the site, because that means they responded to the email by clicking through and entering PHI/PII. It’s like watch how phishing works right in front of you.

I am looking forward to finding out which one of my providers signed me up for this

After reading all the reviews I learn it’s not me having the issues. I’m a new video. I’ve called the office 3 times. I watched the video. I never get past create. account. Always state my
User name and password are wrong. The last call to the office I was told just come in early to fill out papers. Then today I get 3 emails in-house me yo use it. I have two other doctor portals. They are easy to use and provide useful information and help. This site is worthless so far.

Inaccurate, not reliable in that the content could seriously cause the patient's life. Here are some of the inaccurate information: 1) Passwords were not accurate (I had to work several times to get it corrected), 2) The security question was something I never entered (thus, couldn't answer), 3) My email address reflects my physician's email address (I had to correct them). And the list goes on and on. My best guess is the initial loading of the data originated from incorrect source, software bug, or etc.

I have nothing constructive to contribute because I can barely access anything on this portal, and when I do it prints everything in html so the printed files are all over the place and completely unreadable to a person who does not have a PHD in Cryptography. The most constructive thing I can pass on to others having an equally miserable experience, is: It isn't you, it's them. Surely a lot of medical professionals, who bought into this system have to be feeling a little molested over their bad decision.

My health care provider gave me a username and password to use but this stupid site tells me that the information is incorrect. what is their problem? This is the 3rd time I have tried to register myself and my husband accounts and it is a pain in the -----. They need to make it easier to register or take the site down

Think this is a bogus thing. It showed up in my email unsolicited at same time a real health file was sent by my md. I initially confused the legit file from md with the unsolicited yhf. The yhf had md info, dates etc and it appeared to confirm appt date. Subsequently I rcd proper health file from my md. Luckily I was unable to sign in to yhfile.

This patient portal is about the most worthless site I have ever been on. I have entered my information and all I get is Username is wrong. I try to retrieve the information by my email and that is a joke. There is no number to contact this company to help you to reset your information. I even had my Doctors office send me my information to try and activate my account again and I don't exist. I hope other Doctors see these reviews and think twice about using this company because it is worthless. My rating for this site would be -5 stars

I have reset my login info through my doctor's office at least a half dozen times. Return dialog is "username does not exist" which is my first and last name so I know I entered the proper "generated usernames". The password resets do not work and this is 6 attempts. There also is no HELP section of any kind so you are left out in the cold. Calling the health provider simply recycles the same identical garbage information. How could anyone trust a website with privacy medical documents, when they can't even provide basic IT services? I will look for a better service and talk to my clinic staff.

I will join the chorus. I get an error message that my data cannot be brought up. No indication that either the username or password is a problem. Okay, problems happen, but there is no information about who to contact to report a problem--no email address, phone number, or other avenue. Poorly constructed website. I'll certainly recommend that my doctor find a better vehicle for his patients to communicate with him.

I am like others and am not able to get thru the validate process, after entering all the information requested when I tried to submit it, almost half of the information remained highlighted in yellow and it was correct and in the proper format and would not accept it. I am going to call the doctor's office as advised on the hand out sheet from the doctor and advise them of this.
My first impression of your web site activation process is not fit for mixed company.

Have tried twice to log on both unsuccessful. I use My Chart and Follow My Health which are both fabulous!! I can get records, tests results, order scripts, and send message to my doctors. I give up on your site. Will complain to doctor and maybe need a new doctor that has a better web site.
