Very disappointed in my recent Amzl delivery experience. I received a notification that my package was delivered, but it wasn't at any of my doors. Found it in the bushes at the end of my 120 yard driveway as I was leaving my house. It snowed all day so I was lucky enough that it caught my eye. The photo the delivery driver took wasn't helpful. Never in my life has someone left a package there.

Ordered a few items on 11/12/18. Told it would be delivered 11/14/18. Got a notice that it would be delivered 11/15 or 11/16/18. Its now almost midnight and still no package. Put in the tracking number thru AMZL_us and still no answer. What a joke. May start using e-bay for better results. I have been with Amazon for over 10 years and spent thousands of dollars. Then they change their shipping and screwed it all up.

This delivery company is the WORST. I live in an apartment community with 1500+ units, they have a special locker system set up so couriers could put packages in safe lockers and I will get a text with a code in order to get it. Well, these drives for AMZL US don't really feel like they want to put the packages in the locker so they just LEAVE THEM ON THE FLOOR in the middle of the room. no security, not put in my mailbox, not put at my door, and not brought to our community office that accepts packages. I have had MULTIPLE packages stolen because the delivery person marked it as "left in a secure place". um, being left in the middle of a room anyone from the public can access is NOT a secure place. at this point I would pay more to have my packages delivered by an actual delivery company that cares.

This review does not involve one experience but a total of all my dealings with amzl. Amazon needs to get out of the delivery business. I pay for prime for the free next day shipping but when amzl is involved that is out the window. Packages delivered to the wrong house, packages days late, packages thrown in the back yard. If Amazon is going to keep using amzl then I need to rethink using prime or amazon.

Ordered same day delivery. AMZEL attempted to deliver to the wrong house, then sent failed delivery notification. 2 days later, attempted to deliver, and arrived without the package in the truck. The guy search and searched... then jumped back into is truck and left. Shortly thereafter, received a notification that they were having "Carrier Delay" issues. Do you think? You arrived without the package in the truck...… Total incompetency! Do Not Use Same Day Service! You'll end up having to cancel and then re-order.

I ordered the shoes on Nov 2nd. I received a email on Nov 7th, the shoes will arrive on Nov 9th. They did not. Then On Nov 10th , rcvd a email the shoes will arrive by 8pm. They did Not. On Nov 11th rcvd a email they will arrive by 8pm.. Then 2 hours later, was told the Shoes were LOST . Had to cancel order and then reorder, Because of errors, they reshipped order with One day delivery, with no charge for fast service. . On Nov 13th , the shoes arrived. 2 hours later, opening my front door, there was a package. THE LOST SHOES. Was told to keep them, because of all the delays. On Nov 16th , I sent them back, in an Unopened package. 3 hours later rcvd a email , that if I did not return those extra shoes, I would be charged. Was told later, that was a Mistake.
I have on Nov 24th ordered a computer and printer for my daughter, to arrive by 8pm Nov 27th. They arrive at 11pm in a BROKEN CARTON.I also ordered another pair of running shoes,. To be delivered by 8pm Dec 1st. I have been told SORRY, but will not be delivered till Dec 5th. Also told because of Holiday , UPS were SHORT HANDED, The shoes were in Jacksonville, Fl since Nov 28th, then arrived in Hialeah, Fl Dec 2nd, Who knows when they will arrive.. Hopefully By end of year 2017. Merry xmas.
Never buy anything during holiday season. The service is terrible.

My Amazon order was scheduled to be delivered Mon Oct 16. The driver attempted delivery after 7 pm when the business closed. Instead of delivering the next day before the business closed at 7 pm, they attempted delivery after closing again. Two days and the frigging package is still on the truck!
If Amazon continues to use them I won't use Amazon. There is always eBay and Walmart.

AMZL IS HORRIBLE!! They deliver your packages on any date they feel like it, whether you are prime or not. They do NOT send you notifications until a day after and they lie to you on the phone when you call to inquire about their mistakes!! I DO NOT WANT AMZL TO BE MY CARRIER so anyone out there if you could tell me if or how to make sure this AMZL is not my carrier I would greatly appreciate it!

Ordered 2 products from amazon that shipped via AMZL. First of all the tracking numbers didnt work at all. Second, one order was lost and I was led on by amazon for 3 days before they finally said "Were sorry its lost in transit and wont be arriving at all" for the record -5 stars. Do yourself a favor and put AMZL as the last shipper in your preferences of shippers 10/3/17

This shipping company does not deserve a star! I wanted my package delivered to my office. There are two companies in this building and I always write the company name before mine. I was very surprised and upset my package was left on the main lobby where thousands of people walk by. Now looking at the tracking updates, they say it was delivered in the mailroom!

My apartment is on the second floor, the stairway to get there is outside, the package was left, not even on the stairs but on the sidewalk next to them! I don't think i need to say any more to justify 1 star. even with my phone notification i looked out and saw nothing so i figured it was put in the mailbox luckily i had to go to work so i saw it as i was leaving or it would have been stolen.

AMZL (Amazon Logistics) is a failure of Amazonian proportions! Back in the "good old days" of Amazon Prime a 2-day guarantee for delivery was reliably accomplished by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Now a guarantee of "same day delivery" may take 5 days or more, unless the shipment is lost completely within AMZL.

Package yesterday showed "Out for Delivery" at 8:53 am. No one showed up all day long then at 7;17 PM another txt message showing out for delivery again. Some time after 8:30pm it finally showed up, no knock on the the door, it just showed up at my front door.
Another step down the rabbit hole for Amazon, their delivery's just keep getting worse and worse. They need to shut AMZL down and go back to using competent carriers.

We're in Indianapolis and have had about a dozen packages delivered via AMZL. All have arrived on time, either left on front porch (as UPS always did) or handed over in person. Delivery people are always very nice & polite, too. We've read a lot of negative reviews of this delivery service but it must have improved greatly or else we've just got a good and dedicated crew here in indy.

Driver said he gave package to resident at correct address. That was not true as there was no one in house to accept package. Found package behind front fence south of house where I rarely go. Front yard gate is located on north side of house which is the main access to backyard.

I have two day prime and to many of these deliveries are late by a day or two. The delivery company is AMZL_US. Some of the deliveries, the tracking shows delivered, but the package doesn't show up for hours. Or the package is late at delivery by one or two days. Why am I paying for prime shipping if I'm not getting prime shipping? The last package delivered was thrown over by backyard (6 foot plus) fence. Tracking shows it was delivered to my back porch. I went looking for my package all over the front yard, front of house, around the side of house. Then I went in my backyard ( all gates are over 6 feet tall and are locked). I looked around there and found my package in front of the gate about 3 feet away. The only way it got there was by throwing it over the fence from the front of the house. They first rang the doorbell. You have to be on my front porch to ring the doorbell. I was in bed so I didn't answer the doorbell. WHY DIDN'T THEY LEAVE IT ON MY FRONT PORCH LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DOES? I will not be renewing my prime shipping. I've also gone to Walmart's "Shipping Pass" to make the transition to start purchasing elsewhere.

Most of the purchasesby this household except groceries, are ordered from Amazon by me or other family members. We have two members of our group who are wheelchair bound. Two others are unable to walk without support. Using Amazon is a reasonable answer for usl. Since ANZL.US has emerged as a shipper our delivery problems are daunting. All other carriers bring the packages to the front porch. This is what we expect. Your new delivery service ignores the canes and rollator near the porch indicating the likelyhood that physically challenged residents live here. We need porch delivery. ANZL.US dellivers packages only to the edge of the property or bottom of the steps,etc. making retrieval difficult and increasing the opportunity for theft. PLEASE do something about this.

I have problems with AMZL US too. Sometimes they're late by a day or two. Or, tracking shows delivered but the package doesn't show up until hours later. My last delivery they rang my door bell, got no answer, so they threw it over my backyard fence and said they delivered it to the back porch.

The AMZL driver came back the next day - again after closing at 7pm. The store manager had closed up, set the security system, and was leaving the premises. The AMZL driver wanted him to open up again and take the shipment. The manager politely told him he could not since it was past closing time and the security devices were set.

1) the AMZL driver only attempted 2 times to deliver - both times after closing
2) Amazon policy is to make 3 attempts to deliver a shipment
3) laziness or stupidity caused the AMZL driver to ignore the business hours that were posted
I know of businesses that close at 5pm or 6pm that order from Amazon. Does AMZL send their shipments back when they try to deliver after 5pm or 6pm?
Amazon does not give the customer a choice of shipping services. There is no way to assure you get a reputable customer-oriented delivery service that is NOT AMZL .
