This company is extremely unprofessional, un-Islamic and disrespectful. My order was late, however I overlooked it, my exchange came internationally, it was worse than the original item, mismatched size, flimsy material and poor quality. I have emailed and called and what's app incessantly since December 2023. It's now about to March 2024. I am disgusted and do not spend money with companies that are rude or ignore me, 'Ibrahim' cussed me out, argued with me and then hung up on me. Does the owner know her employees are so un-professional? And this is supposed to be a 'Muslim' woman owned company??? I want to give negative zero score. None of the negative reviews are on the website or I could have avoided this headache. I have told all my friends and family to not ever buy anything from this company. I cannot believe the abuse and neglect as a customer. I am not valued at all. I do not expect to be contacted at all. I did not read the reviews online previous to my order. There are a few reviews on their website and they are all positive not reflecting people's true experience. No matter what businesses still have to trade in fairness and maintain Islamic business practices and behaviour. God don't like ugly. This situation was more than ugly. I do not want anyone else to experience what I have. This company states they are socially conscious-as if!

Horrible experience. I have been waiting for almost 4 years and nothing. They have delivered one and till now, the other dresses didn't see the light. Full of lies and crap! Even using the COVID as an excuse and moving to a new location. Order at your own risk!!!

I have had a very bad experience. I have ordered 3 dresses in June 2020 but only received one. Now the company, despite numerous emails have blocked me and are refusing to address my concerns. I feel other buyers ought to be notified in case they also lose money like me.

I have been blocked on their Instagram page and no one is prepared to help me. This is the first negative review that I have ever written, but I felt compelled to write since I feel I have been scammed.

I was so impressed when I saw Anna Hariri advertisements and decided to buy 3 dresses. I received only 1 and they kept 2. I emailed them they said it was late because of covid and now it is getting ready to be out of delivery!!! I said that was fine . Suddenly, Anna made a video saying "we need to help refugees and I changed the location with an angel face and this made the orders late.They are now ready for delivery" And ,that was ridiculous !! Nothing happened she was using Syrians as an excuse to gain sympathy and less complaints.
I kept asking about my order and guess what ?
They blocked me on emails, Facebook and Instagram !!! It is simply a SCAM as hundreds are in my situations. My order now has been for over two years . Can you imagine ? But , I ll keep giving feedback and reviews about this scam. I have already made advertisements in UK and UAE about how this company scams and poisons people like a snake and I will continue till someone gets back to Me.
Plzzz be careful ! Don t waste ur money.

I’ve never written a review for any company before until now - Annah Hariri are thieves and everyone needs to be aware of this scam of a company!!

I placed an order for 3 dresses with Anna Hariri on May 2 2020 (Invoice Number: US64633) but they never arrived (spent nearly £200). It has been over a year and 9 months since I placed my order but it is still outstanding.

I received an email from them on 18/08/20 stating they would need 3-4 weeks to complete any outstanding orders due to covid delays but still no order. I understood the delay and continued to wait - I want to support women owned muslim companies and so continued to wait patiently. But then 6 months later, no order. I emailed - no reply. 7 months later, I emailed again - no reply. I keep sending emails every month but no response.
I have sent so many emails asking for an update but have had no reply! I have tried numerous times to call their UK contact numbers from their website but they don’t work. This numbers have since been deleted from the website and they don’t have any on their website now (a way to avoid dealing with all of the people they’ve cheated and lied to). I finally had one email reply from Jose Pires on Sat, Nov 07 2020, at 01:43 PM:

“Thank you for reaching out. We have experienced technical difficulties as many other businesses around the world due to COVID-19 global pandemic crisis. Currently we have changed our business model to cope with the delays. Our former factory was not suitable for implementing a social distancing rule required under the government pandemic guidelines as our premises were not spacious enough to accommodate all our 250 employees working at once within the 2meters social distance. Finding a new facility and later moving to it caused a substantial delay in the orders processing.
Great news is that the moving process has been completed and we are back on track shipping outstanding orders. We are sorry for this inconvenience. At the same time, employees safety is a must and was mandatory to be taken care of. Shortly all the delayed orders will be handled and shipped out. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

Kindly note that your order has been upgraded to express.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

I sent numerous emails after this asking for a refund but no reply (a popular response - ignoring all of the people they’ve lied and stolen from hoping they go away). The email address from Jose Pires - pires@annahhariri.com - no longer works and emails come back undelivered.

I’ve again sent two emails today to their website asking for a refund but no response from anyone. Yet, they still have the audacity to send me promotional and sales emails perpetuating the lie that they’re a company that delivers clothing to customers when in reality they STEAL PEOPLE’S MONEY AND NEVER SEND OUT THE GOODS - they won’t reply to emails re outstanding orders and refunds. I’ve seen a lot of other reviewers are experiencing the same issues as I have.

It is absolutely disgusting that a so called ethical company thinks they can get away with it especially presenting themselves as a Muslim company - they’re thieves and should be ashamed of themselves. If they do not reply to today’s emails, I will be reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman and Action Fraud. They’re deluded if they think I’ll get fed up and give up getting back my hard earned money. I will keep on at them until they give me my money back and refund me what they stole. The only way to make me go away is to give me my refund for the goods you never sent out. I wish I read the reviews for this sham of a company and thieves before placing an order.

You are just telling my story, I have even received the same emails. I have also decided to support the lady and her team during the pandemic and decided to wait but unfortunately I've been waiting for almost two years with no decency to reply to my emails. She blocked me from Instagram and Facebook. I reported her to the consumer.gov and I will not give up.

I waited for over a month for two orders I made, one day apart I believe. I messaged them several times, all of which they sent the same generic respond of an apology and blame it on Muslim holiday why they’ve been so back up. They were not clear as to how longer it would take, or when they’d finally ship my order. I then finally asked for a full refund, to which then I no longer record a response. I sent the request several times, still no response. I don’t have a response or update or my clothes or a refund. There no customer service number to communicate with. But I do have it all i my email for proof.

This company used to be expensive but trustworthy. I did received their good quality dresses once in the past. Unfortunately, during 2020 it went down the hill. I ordered dresses for my daughters and myself in June 2020, rallying on their advertisement I will receive my shipment before Eid.
My order: US76550
Prices were very low and free shipping. As I found out recently, many customers fell for that as well. I was charged full amount for all 6 dresses within 3 days through Buywithreach.com. I received only 1 dress in August 2020. Company released a video asking their customers to be patient due to Covid 19 situation. Sometimes I would receive a reply to my emails, sometimes I wouldn’t. Always asking me to be patient. Well, now I know they play on 120 days of possibility your bank will get money back for you. Unfortunately, your bank can’t do anything after that period. It’s been almost a year and I haven’t received any of those 5 remaining dresses!
Last email from Annah Hariri’s representative was again asking for more time. Well, I don’t understand how they can send multiple emails per week, advertising more and more dresses since they weren’t able to fulfill 1 year old orders!
Be aware of this scam. Don’t fall for beautiful, discounted dresses. You will be charged right away but won’t receive anything or just a part of your order!

I place an order of $294 on November 2020 I received my order in February 2021, that’s after I complain to PayPal and opened a dispute they because I didn’t receive my items, they send me clothes that don’t fit at all, I contacted them many times to return the stuff and their system doesn’t work period, plus they claimed that my order has been placed for over three months and my order is already dropped out of the system so I complain to PayPal and I opened a dispute, PayPal wanted me to send the stuff I checked her email I mean Anna Harriri for the return address which was in turkey and I paid an extra $77 to send all of those merchandise to them in turkey with a signed receipt from USPS. My stuff was received and signed and I was surprised that my case was close to there behalf with a $294 in their pocket and my merchandise in their factory in turkey claiming that they ordered me to send it to Dubai or Abu Dhabi, in short they have all my order and they have $294 after three months of ordering and I spent an extra $77 on shipping and I don’t have anything. This woman is a complete thief and her company is a complete scam don’t buy from those people you will not receive your stuff simply because they are reduced in price because of lack of Sales,there areNot enough staff to process your work or your return or your claims all of their customer service numbers are closed even the one in the US you can go ahead and claim as much as you want or complain as much as you wantTo their website that is really closed you will not get any answer or an automatic answer that says they’re going to reply to you back which is never going to happen,and now they have a signed receipt with my merchandise that Islm turkey because they have two factories in turkey and one in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

I have been waiting on my order since July 19,2020and I still have not received my items nor have I received an email since October 30 when it was supposedly on the express list. On the website they have to audacity to say all orders as of 1/12/21 will be delivered in 7 days! I've been waiting 7 months this February 2021

My order was said to have been fulfilled on December 24th. I reached out to customer support countless times trying to get a tracking number. My order numbers were US54781 and US50490, ordered back in February and March. 

One representative finally responded and said my order was US33683 and that she has been tracking it for some time. The thing is, i have no knowledge of this order or who it belongs to because that is not my order.

I was sent a link to review the items I ordered but never received. No one can give me a clear reason why my orders were ALL marked dispatched and fulfilled but were in fact NOT dispatched and fulfilled according to the representative.

Is anyone working on an order that says it was already fulfilled ? I doubt it. Hopefully I can get someone to take a look at my orders and fix this. I dont mind waiting, what I do mind is them giving me the run around telling me it was fulfilled, then that it wasn't, then that it is a different order, then that I should review the dresses that were sent but weren't actually sent...like what in the world ?

They take your money, send only partial order in my case. It's been 9 months still waiting for rest of the order. They block any negative comments on FB, they don't respond to emails. There is a FB page from employees protesting and complaining about not being paid.

I placed two orders one on June 27, and July 7 2020 and have yet to receive them. I was told it would arrive by end of November 2020 after months of lies from the customer service department and now it is December and no order! They are holding my order, and have fraudulent business practices! I am going to report them till they give me a full refund. Don’t purchase from her company YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ITEMS. They blame it on COVID-19 but it's no excuse after 6 months of waiting! Annah Hariri needs to be shutdown she is stealing money from customers and not delivering their orders.

Put an order in April 30th 2020 its December 29th 2020 and still have not received my order. They haven't even attempted to ship it yet and sent an email two months ago novemeber 2020 after 7months that they still need time to make my order...... its now December and still nothing. Money wasted dont order from them.

I don’t recommend this shop they only take our money without be honest in their rules.
They don’t reserve even one star if any rate by minus will be better for this store.

They don't deserve even a star! I've made an order on September and I don't receive my order yet.

I've sent few emails but they keep giving me excuses and fake promises.

All displays on their web are fake. Fake sale, fake countdown and seem like they are having sale through out the year to find new victims. To all victims out there, please make a report to econsumer.gov

I’ve place 2 orders in May 20, 2020 (US69816 & US69718 - 9 dresses). I’ve only received 2 out of 9 dresses that I’ve ordered. So bad, it’s almost 6 months and never hear any updates from them. I can’t believe they are still promoting Clearance Sale while so many customers complaining not receiving their orders.

I placed an order on 6th Aug 2020(order id: US87473). I didn't receive the item till 6th September 2020 and I asked for a refund. They said they had initiated the refund and the amount would get credited to my account within 15 working days. Now it's more than 50 days. I sent out many emails and chat messages, but no response from them. Please don't get mesmerised by the dresses displayed on their website

I ordered two dresses (Order US53103) from this company in March. I received one dress after a month, but the other dress never shipped, despite me repeatedly following up with them. After six months, I finally gave up and requested a cancellation of the second dress and a refund. The company contacted me ONLY AFTER I gave them a bad review here. They told me the order had been cancelled and a refund issued. Now here we are, over a month later, and I still have not received a refund. The company is once again putting me off and not replying to my emails. Guess I'll have to make it my job once again to give them bad reviews all over the internet.

Do not buy from this company. Maybe before the pandemic hit, they were fine as a company, but their response after the fact has been appalling. I deeply regret ever taking a chance on them.

I ordered on may and after one and half months received only one dress out of two. I had to pay a huge ridiculous amount of money at the door to find only one dress. I tried to contact them by email and live chat but no response. I wrote a review on Trustpilot, that is when they start to reply. Then they reported my review and it was removed. 2 weeks ago they were lots of bad reviews which represent more than 70%. Over the past few days, they reported and manage to remove bad reviews and placed lots of fake good ones. Hope, you don't fall for there tricks. They do huge effort in scamming and false advertisement, reporting and remove bad reviews and place fake good ones everywhere.

It took months to receive my order piece by piece and once I did, the dresses weren’t what I ordered, poor quality, wrong color, wrong sizes and they smelled. They wanted me to pay them more money in order to fix their mistakes. They blocked me from social media because I told of my experience. They wanted me to lie to customs so that they wouldn’t have to pay but I had to take a lost by only claiming $20 if I did claim anything. Do not order from them, they scammed me I feel. They know that they can’t and will not fill orders but continue to take our money. Read their reviews and comments and you’ll see. Run

Very bad service, I made my order on 13 of May, and 'till now (19 of July) It haven't been shipped !!!

Please don't order from Anna Herrir, as most likely you will not get your order, they have endless queue !!!!!

they contacted me, and offered boho dress any way it is not surprise how dishonest they are.

I got boho dress and scarf but my original order which was Abaya never arrived. and they claimed that I got my order!!!!! linking the gift dhl tracking to my original order!¡!!!! and pass it over.

I do respect their idea of slow fashion and fair trade, BUT they have a very terrible and unreliable system. Running flash sales for more than 5 months and accepting thousands of orders on a daily basis, AND taking the order price directly transacted to their account, while they are suffering from the affect of the global pandemic (COVID-19) as they claim, and they are not able to deliver all that amount of orders on time and not even close to the estimated time. They run advertisements all over the internet saying that you can order now and get your order before Al-Adha eid (31st.July), while they did not even deliver April and May orders!!

And we must mention here that they track every single negative comment on all their social media platforms and they delete it and block you from commenting, companies with integrity will keep any negative experience (of-course not an offensive one), but they will keep it and reply to it and handle the issue just for the sake of integrity and honesty. Such a company I can trust.
They also flagging all bad reviews they receive on most of the sites.

This company are by far the most unprofessional online shopping company I ever dealt with.

I ordered 5 dresses on 5th of May 2020. They stated I would receive my order in 15-30 days. I contacted them after a month and received a standard email about how I was helping their employees during COVID by purchasing their products. I waited another 2 weeks and called back as I saw Anna HARIRI posting videos about shipping orders. I was told 2 of my dresses are ready and I will receive my clothes in 2 weeks. Nothing was posted even after 2 months. The subsequent emails just stated I will receive the clothes in 7-9 days. Finally fed up I canceled my order in July. I received an email that I would get my money in 14 days. It’s 3 weeks now, no sign of money. I have sent numerous emails, messages on Facebook and instagram and made phone calls.
When buying I just saw the positive reviews on their website. I was tempted by their sale which is still going on, 3 months as far as I know of. Negative reviews on their Facebook and instagram are deleted. I wish I had seen the reviews on trustpilot before buying. I do not trust the positive reviews here as well because the sort of words used are the same that are used by Anna hariri’s customer service. Beware of this fraudulent company and read the other negative reviews before you are tempted to buy.

We made an order since last Ramadan and we are still waiting for it until now what a business this people are running to bad they screwed all our plans for Eid and our ceremony I’ll say it’s around 4 months and nothing yet so our money despair because of the COVID excuse and it’s worldwide thing and looks like ANNAH HARIRI made it a big problem so if they cannot delivered the previous orders how it comes they’re taking a new orders for the EID AL ADHA never ever seen something like this in first challenge they failed

Quality and workmanship are really, really terrible for the price you pay. They constantly have buy 1 free 1 sale on the dresses, but the quality isn't even worth 50% of the price. Material is cheap, the cut isn't flattering like the models they show on the website, and they only display 'happy customers testimonials' on their site. The customer service is really bad as well, with no one responding to you for weeks, and you get your package after a month or so. Don't buy from Annah Hariri!

I just received my order. And after waiting for long time, I was shocked by what I received. The blue suit was not the same I ordered. The color in the picture was royal blue but I received a navy blue. In addition to that, the quality of tissue is poor, sleeves are really tall and the top is very tall as well. The item doesn't look like th8e fancy pictures they share in the website.
In another hand, the black and white dress is not what I expected. The shirt's sleeves are too much puffy and the tissue show my arm (trensparent).
service is not fair for clients who live far from Turkey. If I need to return or exchange, I will need to pay for the shipment which is very expensive. I have got a quote of $250 just to send it back to you which is mote than the items cost. Normaly, good after sale service provid a free return service or reduced/special shipment cost.
In my case, I am the only looser in this order. "Hassbi Allah wa niama lwakil".
When I emailed them, they said that I have 2 options: 1. Send back the items and pay the shippment or 2 keep them and pay $30USD for each item to order a new one + shipping + costums....
