Tried using the “Brookdalelivingebill” site and it was awful. The screen was micro in size and when I expanded half the page ended up hidden under a white screen. The when I finally got to the bill pay page I was half way through entering my bank info and it kicked me out with a message that my browser doesn’t support this site. When I called she said that the site sometimes does that because it doesn’t like Safari and that the site was set up for Google Chrome. She took my payment over the phone and was very nice. The web site for bill pay is awful however.

I cant not log in to pay my bill. It says either closed updating the web page site. Or their Site is not secure and my information will not be secure. And can be stolen. Due to a letter they sent to my email stating that my account was paid late last month and that i am 1 day late today. I really dont know what to do. I am honestly trying to pay. Ive been trying for hours. I even called pay by phone at 8 am to pay. Answering. Service is is closed. Keep calling. At 9. I called. But still closee ive spent hours hours trying to pay. (Until bedtime and before before work ) Another payment way is by calling the number at 8 am. Pay by phone. But not open at 8. Continue. To call at 9. Answering machine says open at 8. Later today i got through to an on hold ansering system. I waited 15 plus minutes and the answering system hung upon me. Please fix the online payment option. Fix your si te user friendly and fix it to where u can call and pay anytime. I work. I cant pay u

I just read all the above reviews and now understands my frustration better. I have been having problems paying my my mom's bills for the past 8 months. Trying tonight to pay bill but failure as usual. Will call tomorrow and mail from now on. Speechless!!!

This is the worst website ever! They should have corrected all of the login problems by now and yet I still cannot get past the login area to pay by bill. You would think they would make this easy.

The shill site is lousy beyond belief like all of Brookdale. The numbers available to contact anyone mostly don't work and the ebill site fails also. This corporation fails residents nationwide and lawsuits are justified. I've tried so hard to use ebill. I used to be a computer analyst so, I'm not a novice. I'm thinking they try and charge a $250 late charge on late payments whenever possible and all attempts to get a live person fails. This is a miserable failure.

I have not attempted to pay via e-Bill yet. I spent an inordinate amount of time, however, setting it up. Finally, I had to make a phone call and I did get through to someone. They had my aunt's birthdate wrong!!! I checked the paper work I supplied and I had the right birth date entered on the form. So, it was a data entry error. But it wasted a lot of my time. After reading the reviews maybe I will just send a check.

My rating would be less than zero if there were a way to select that.
I was given significant financial incentives to sign up my mother for automatic withdrawal. I was told that I'd be able to give Brookdale my banking info on the back of the billing. The bill is blank on the back, so I went to the website (brookdale.com/ebill) to enroll online. I had absolutely no luck. I ran into the same problems everyone else here did.

My Mom has been in facility for 4 Plus years. I have tried numerous times to pay on line as Brookdale suggests. It is IMPOSSIBLE. I have spent 1 hr trying on line and on the good old telephone. The # choice I was given was to a wrong department, tried the General line and said all agents were busy. This is how I have spent my last hour trying to discuss a LATE FEE OF $250.00 Ridiculous. My payment was mailed to Dallas from 15 miles away Jan 1,2017
Today is Jan 18th. I cannot speak to an individual and the departments are not correct on the answering call center. RIDICULOUS...Read the other reviews and Now I understand Incompetency is to blame. What the heck?

This simply points out the incredible difficulties in the whole corporation. I'm just hoping I haven't been charged a $250 late fee. It's almost a racket. I stayed Brookdale and removed myself after realising how poorly i was being helped and how they were piling on charges that I had not incurred. Ebill is another joke of this company.

I have tried to pay online, but found it impossible. This company does not have anyone setting up a way of communicating or getting help when one needs to know how to use the internet to pay a bill. I think I'll just mail my check to them in time to get there by the 1st. I think this company does not hire people who know anything about using the internet to help residents pay their bills.

And not only the above! The bill they send out is absolutely the stupidest thing I've ever received in all my very long life. Brookdale, you should hire some experts to do your billing, not some office clerk age 20 with no training. I'm disillusioned with your billing process!

I have tried numerous time to register for online payment. I have the same problem of getting to the password and it just starts flashing and I can not proceed with completion of setting up the account. I have also tried to pay the bill by phone, and after holding for several minutes, a voice tells me all agents are busy and I need to leave a voice mail. When I try to do this, the mail box is full. For a huge corporation with such a large late fee, a user friendly system needs to be developed. This is so frustrating!!

I agree with everything above. I can no longer pay at the facility. I can't get past the zip code on e billing. I can't get anyone to answer my calls to pay with a credit card. I am also very frustrated. I'm going to look for a different place for my mother.

Wow What Great service!!
They took over my moms place a couple of months ago. In that time,
raised rates (This with NO social security or other benefits gain this year) and for the first time in over 3 years charged a late charge of 250.00 on top of that!! What a caring community. Its off to look for a Better place for mom!!

I have had multiple problems accessing the ebill site and was also charged a $250 late fee for an accounting error on their part. They did reverse the late charge, but I am in agreement with another person who commented that for a huge corporation with such large late fees, they should have better access to an online system and a help desk for the online site that is available Monday through Friday and at least on Saturday for online access help.

Tried to enroll in on line billing. Did not complete all of the information before it starting blinking and would not allow me to continue. Left that window and tried getting back in to register of e billing and was blocked from trying again.

I had the exact same problem. Then tried creating a passwords first, then went back and filled in all other info. It finally worked.
Now I cannot log in to pay my bill.
