Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub very nice. The breakfast was served up by a very friendly staff. Room very clean . The Bw plus in Anderson IN .

I had very bad experience in Best western iO Hotel in Schwalbach
When I checked in yesterday, the person in charge of that was almost yelling at me because I couldn't understand what he was saying
He said "I sad it two minutes ago" which is quiet unpleasant comment I never heard from any other hotels
Both of us is not english speaker, right? so it can happen get hard time to understand each other because of accent
I guess his jop is to guide that kind of stuff to customers, isn't it?
Also there was no guide or checking about breakfast and check out date
I'm very curious this is normal way of working in this hotel

We bought over $200.00 of wine and fortunately AJ at the Norwood SA branch of Dan Murphy's served my husband and I with the utmost top service we do not see often these days. He provided friendly service with a smile (rare these days) and asked us if we had our member card. We rarely use it as I have never been sure of the benefits until AJ explained them in detail. AS we didn't have our card on us he then went to the trouble of looking up our details so that we could recoup a discount.
We highly recommend visiting the Norwood Branch of DanMurphy's and ask for AJ. Sue is also another outstanding employee, so if AJ is not there, ask for Sue.
You will not be disappointed.

We live in a remote area of WA so when we go to Geraldton we stock up on grog we found BWS the cheapest grog also customer service is always excellent

My sincere gratitude to Jacqueline who works at BWS at Chermside QLD. I needed to buy a large quantity of alcohol for a party and unfortunately my car was not available to collect from store. Jacqueline kindly suggested she would be more than happy to deliver to my house after she finished work. I was taken back a little as not many people would go out of their way to help.
Thank you Jacqueline and thank you BWS for a wonderful and kind employee as Jacqueline who is truly a great asset for your company.

The staff at BWS Mernda were and are always very helpful and knowledgeable. It is good to have that assistance when I am a non-drinker but purchasing alcohol as gifts.

I was extremely impressed wth the service Sharni at airport west Victoria had given me, I have never come across a more enthusiastic helpful staff member like her before.she was more than willing to assist with my alcoholic needs, and had a bubbly personality. 10/10 to Sharni, best service I have even received.

BWS Hoppers Crossing ( Werribee Plaza) charge me $15.00, for a bottle of Cow Boy- Butter Scotch, $4.00 extra, than Dan Murphy's.
Dan Murphy's is the sister company and located, 500 meters away , in Hogan's Corner.
When asked, the salesman said, "Yes, 5 or 10 years ago it was $11.00 and walk away.
It was one week ago, not 5 years ago. He wasn't there to listen to my answer. What a service.
I will not go there again without checking price.

My new store at Playford Centre is a very clean, tidy and well set out store with really friendly staff. It is better than going through the drive thru at a pub as you aren't rushed. High recommend it.

My local outlets are Subiaco & Claremont....both locations have displays well set up with Specials ( as listed in Woolworths weekly flyers ) are to the forefront and value. Staff & service always exceed expectations.

I shopped at BWS Anglers Arms Southport until it closed to make way for a Dan Murphys.
The staff were all wonderful,Vince,Rodger,Emelda just to name a few.Sad goodbye,s on the last day. Good news is they were all absorbed by various BWS outlets on the coast, bad news is the breaking up of a great team.I still see Emelda at the other BWS in Southport.I,m around 100kgs Emelda,s half that,but she still offers to help carry my stuff to my car.(how cute)We will always shop at BWS as long as they maintain that quality of people. I requested help carrying my two cartons of beer to my car due to a non-visible disablement. The young lady who served me was only too willing to help me, and only realised I had Multiple Sclerosis when we got to my car. I really appreciated her assistance.

bestwestern in westminster marylandwas the best bw we have ever stayed at! it was clean, pet friendly, they even gave us a regular room, the people were very nice, i cannot say enough about the hotel. please contact them somehow and tell them they are appreciated, and to keep up the great ork!
Now the bw in kent narrows maryland. we had just drove 14 hrs. straight. we went into the room and found the complete opposite of bw in westminster, maryland. it was filthy. i spent 2 hrs cleaning that room. my husband went out to the store to buy me cleaning supplies. i called the maindesk to tell them how displeased i was. they did offer me another room, i told them "For what so i could clean that one too?" they also said the cleaner must had missed that room. i told him that the cleaner missed the room for more than once. there was caked on dust that you had to use liquid on it,to remove it. there was spilled soda or something dryed up behind the tv. there was hair between the sheets, hair in the shower,and on the floor of the bathroom. i hope you get the picture!?!? i went to my niece's x-mass party the next day and she said that, that hotel is always a dirty place to stay. she told me to never stay there.
