I DO NOT TRUST CAMPLINK

After paying for for a third party wifi service in a Florida RV Park, the service was unusable. I spoke with their techs and it was determined they could not provide proper service and offered a refund. I am now making my 3rd call to ask when the refund will be applied to my Visa.
It has now been elevated to another level for review!!!!!!
In future, if Camplink is the only option I will go without as Ido not trust their claims of quality service or that my refund is on it's way!

I used Camplink.net for three days, until I could get Spectrum set-up. After 7 days the Camplink.net started locking up my television screen with the popup every 10 minutes wanting me to use their service again. The only way to get it off the screen was to shut off the television and start it up again. I call the office 5 times and I could not speak to anyone. I left three voice messages with no call backs from anyone. There is no way to remove this popup activity on my television. They are horrible company to deal with.

This company is the internet service provider for River Ranch Resort. Unfortunately unless you are in close proximity to their tower you will not get service. The sites that do get service, it works well. You do not know this prior to making a reservation. Your choices are no internet or getting the internet and having to walk to a location where the service works. I find this unacceptable. All sites should be able to obtain internet.

Not good. Dosent work in campgrounds, its intended to replace existing wifi and cable but doesn't work or work as it's intended.

Setup requires to use laptop to scan for camplink wifi. I use a Weingard wifi extender to boost signal. I use laptop to login to my booster and it scans for available WiFi. I found camplink and selected it, it then blew up my browser with page after page after page trying too connect no luck.
So I called the number on the sign up sheet provided by the campground, the woman was pleasant and was told they really don't cover the entire campground???? But it should work better with my Weingard. So I hung up and tried my cell to connect to Weingard booster and was able to connect with that, signed up through thier system and paid for 3 days. Then after paying no internet.

I called back and was issued a refund.

I would think if your brought in to replace a system then you should make sure it works.

This is the worse internet we have had. I was talking on the phone and was dropped. I paid to have internet for the week and it is not working completely. I don't know how the season patrons can live here all summer! We probably won't be back even though the campground is great as are the employees. The internet is a must!

They will take your money and promise good service and then never get it to work or work so intermittently that it is useless. I've tried using them at four different locations, no cell signal for hot spot, and each time has been a dismal failure. No support after 5:00pm for a 7/24 application???? Even when they admit that they can't get it to work and promise to refund your money, it hasn't happened yet.

Camplink is a waste of your hard-earned money. Constantly drops out , speeds too slow to stream, won't even load a map app. I've tried it at 4 different campsites, expecting better results, but it was terrible everywhere. Don't be a sucker like me and reward their terrible product with your money. I'm finally done with them, getting a mobile hotspot.

Terrible. Worthless. Too slow to stream anything. Will barely bring up map apps. My fault, though. I tried it at four campgrounds and everytime I thought "this time it will be different". But no. I guess I must be a dope. Save your hard-earned money. Seriously, don't be a dope like me.

They have no clue how to run a network. Poor customer service, faulty equipment, no one to contact, drops out constantly, doesn't reconnect. The speed? It's deplorable. 1.5 mps for the pleasure of being aggravated for two months I get lots of useless errors, drops, disconnects, etc etc. The best part is they don't care about you. They just steal your money. I feel sorry for the Campgrounds that use this service. They're just pissing away their customers. I would never use this service ever. I would never stay at a campsite that uses this service. 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service provider.

Had camplink for 5 weeks. Worked OK (not real good) most of the time. Does suffer a lot of short outages maybe 10-15 minutes a few times a day. Lost internet completely for more than 20 hours. Emailed the company, they blamed it on the campground. Have news for them, I didn’t pay the campground for Internet I paid camplink.

Camplink is hit or miss at best. I’ve never had a reliable Camplink connection at any campground. Try it for a couple of days before spending more for a longer connection.
