In 25/09/23 I ordered €60 of clothes by demobaza website. I saw in them in a facebook ad.
Never arrived.
After one month I started to send them email but I never had answer
Before buying I had also done a search to see if the site was safe,

Hi everyone,
I write here in order to put an end to all the rubbish it’s been saying about DEMOBAZA.
I ordered many items some in sale some not and I was amazed about the quality and the nice packaging of each of the items.
I don’t know where the people got their stuff that was sooooo poor quality because if you would have ordered from DEMOBAZA website all of their products are absolutely high quality, every penny worth. My orders came in one week every time, so it didn’t take too long.
The design is absolutely out of this world but it is only for people who can appreciate such creativity. The prices are high but quality has its own price. If you can’t afford the price or the out of this world amazing look don’t buy it, by all means. There are enough standard, boring affordable stuff out there. But please don’t write some trashy review just to feel important that you wrote something.
I am an honest person who was lucky to discover such an amazing brand.
For everyone that wants to know about DEMOBAZA, you can be assured you get really good stuff. My friend was very sceptic when I ordered my stuff, but when it arrived and I showed it to her she was fascinated, about the look and the high quality.
I don’t want to convince anyone I just want to write the truth about my experience.

Poor quality and to expensive! The shoes I bought last one summer. Way to expensive for what you get. Also the trousers I bought. Really disappointed. Over promised and under delivered but amazing marketing.

I am BLOWN AWAY at how on point your customer service is.
I reached out to you only a few days ago, asking about discounts. I have since received multiple replies with exact answers. ALL within an impressively short response time. You have done, in a few days, what MOST companies take WEEKS to do. I can not believe that you actually found an item for me, that was removed from the webside due to stock availability...THAT IS UNHEARD OF!!!
As if that isn't litterally STAGGERING enough.
When I made the purchase, a glitch charged me twice. Within minutes of notifying you, it was completely refunded to my account, without the usual 3 day wait, no questions asked.
Then, I go to send a "thank you" email, only to find that my order has already been processed....I feel like I should play the lottery today.
I have been in customer service for over 30 years, and I have NEVER ONCE encountered this kind of speed and attention. I am truely in AWE of this companies Designs, their presentation, and More than anything, the Customer Service that I just recieved.
I will support this company in any way possible. Thank you, SO VERY MUCH for being nothing less than jaw dropping, in every way...I can not gush enough! You will see my squeezed pennies as often as I can squeeze them.

I really love the clothes of the demobase and still continue to order them.. there is no breakdown with an exchange and a return, but still, you need to check the match of sizes in different fabrics.. so, as not the first time , I order jeans or pants, in my size L, of which I already have 7 pairs and this is L, but this is not the first time I receive jeans and pants with the same L size drawn, but in fact, I get a very small mismatched size, this size even M,its S ... that is, in size, like at least two sizes smaller, and the shipment for this error, need to pay me ...

Brilliant design, piece of art literally!
But, the fabric is so bad, it deteriorate even hanged in closet. I have purchased it on ebay site, it was in mint condition when I bought it. I have worn it a couple of times, but handled with care and lot of love.
I had a long email correspondence with store, I wanted an advice how to fix the ripped fabric, unfortunately they can not help me in this situation, first because I didn't bought it from their website and second because they think that the jacket has being washed, which it never happened.
For me the problem is that the item, which cost a fortune, can not deteriorate in so little time and there is no way to repair it.

I have few pairs of jeans and a jacket from them and i totally love the design and the quality. Never had a problems with my returns. I have shopped from other very famous sport brands and they return your money after 30 days and there is no one who respond for your return you just have to fill a form and send back your return by your own and just wait ...

Totally disgusting customer service. Wanted to return items to them that didn't fit, emailed them immediately upon receipt of items, they responded same day offering to pick up items using their DHL account, then heard nothing after that. They have the nerve to ask you to respond to all emails within three days, yet do not give the same curtesy to you. You can not send returns back to them unless you use DHL (was going too, but the cost from the UK was astonishing), so I am now stuck with a coat and a pair of shoes that don't fit, and quite frankly, not worth the money I paid for them .

I think, the clothes are way too expensive for the quality and the fabric they are. You pay more for the brand than actual for the quality you get. I have a few friends who ordered some tech-wear style clothes from Demobaza, and we all share the same experience. Also, the clothes looks way more badass on their pictures than actually worn. Till now, I only purchased a dress and one pair of shoes. The dress was quite nice but as I said previous, didn't look that badass as in the pictures and the shoes.....horribly. The sole in the shoes was hard like a stone and not even glued in. The straps on the side on the shoes did not stick at the other end, so they open themselves every time I walk. Also, the fabric was really loose and soft, for boots I would have expected thicker fabric so you feel more comfortable when wearing them. For sure, I will order in the future again but only when they offer something on sale, otherwise it's not worth the money.

The clothes received look like knockoffs of the items advertised. The construction quality is adequate but the material, finish, fit, design, texture, aesthetic quality are so vastly disparate from the items advertised on the site that the difference can not be simply due to good photography. The clothes looked like something you would get in a Halloween store or hot topic not from a high end designer. They seem like low quality, mass produced, made in China garbage. I bought four different items for my girlfriend and they looked so terrible she wasn’t able to wear any of them. Furthermore, their return policy is so convoluted and the customer service so terrible that it is prohibitive of returns. I don’t know whether it’s legally a scam but they’re absolutely misrepresent their products and make returns difficult leaving customers having spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for cheap ugly clothes they can’t wear and can’t return.

I think perhaps check this out! I too bought quite a few items from what seemed like your store a while back. All on sale, which is why I could afford them. They took a very long time to come and also came at very different times. When they arrived, they were the most horrific looking poor quality pieces that NO-ONE would wear or COULD wear, and looked NOTHING like the pictures!!! I was absolutely shocked! Then I could not contact the store!

thats sounds like you have been robbed online from some fake websites, there were few with stealed photos of a designer clothing brands, all the original products you can find only at our website www.demobaza.com and the exact mentioned retailers inside the website
We are very sorry to hear about your unpleasent experience but as far as we know these websites were 'selling' products on really suspicious prices ...

Update, they finally responded five days later after I wrote them an email stating that their customer service was disgusting. The items were sent back, were acknowledged as being received, and was told to my refund would be within 14 days! So, if my refund does not come through by the 8 july, then I will open a dispute with them via my PayPal account. Just don't deal with them.

But if we replied to you on the same
day what makes us so disgusting?
If you notify us on time
for your return you dont have to worry about anything a delayed reply after the initial one could be possible for many reasons - a weekend, a national holiday, a high volume of requests at that time, a message went to spam box etc etc.
Please dont generalize our service only because you get a slow second reply : )
we do our best to provide the cheapest possible return as you can see by yourself trying to get a cost by your own
But of course if you dont value our clothes and the work put on them, then we are simply not your brand
Its just super offensive to read unfounded reviews
