Not really a fan of CBS (local ch 5). But, when they are the only game on town for golf or football, I get mad. Fix it quick or I will join the ranks of the departing.

How long do you guys plan on keeping NBC off the air. If I had known this was going to happen I would never had agreed to 12 months for the adjustment of my bill. You can bet I wont be renewing when the year is up. Sick of this crap and always having to call and negotiate my bill because of the outrageous prices.

I think it is terrible that we do not have access to NBC programming. There is no reason that we should be denied a major network channel. Maybe direct tv should give us credit on our accounts. I am very dissatisfied.

You could not give us the world series or football game on the nfl or mlb channels for free till you resolved the fox dispute. WHY! We love sports!

We got AT&T phones, Internet and Directv last October. Have had no TV service during majority of rain storms. Then, on September 18th, 2017 KAUZ's owner, American Spirit Media turned off excess to channel 5 & 6(CBS) because they deliberately stopped KAUZ from reaching our homes because we have Directv. These stations are free over the air on channels 5 & 6. They are asking 2,3 and some cases 10 times what they were paying with 5 or more advertisements at each intermission. I have sent complaints to the FCC without any response to this situation. Our contract states that we receive these MAIN Channels as per our contract agreement. Since AT&T reneged on their contract, we should be able to cancel Directv without paying any penalty for the remainder of our contract. Or, subscribers can do a class action suit against American Spirit, Kauz, Directv and AT&T for breaching our "Bundle Contract"

many people are so disgusted with DirectTV business practices that they have already switched back to other cable providers. We feel misled by what DirecTV appears to doing to their customers....without further explanation?
are broadcast channels not part of a public service?
using a commercially available receiving device, many customers get those stations for free.... as advertised on television.
one cable company is airing TV commercials offering to buy out an existing contract [such as DirecTV perhaps?] if a customer switches to a different service provider. So... can we do this?

Directv wants to hold my feet to the line on contract but cannot live up to their end of the contract. I have called about faulty equipment and had service people come out, two days lTer I still have the same problems.
Now you take away stations and I bet my bill will not reflect lost channels. I have been a customer for twenty-five plus years, about to get a divorce from you no caring fools. AT&T is worse. Been with them 28 years not much longer.

We had to reduce our cable fees to get rid of some debt, Thought this was the best deal out there so recently signed. My husband has some health issues as myself and really enjoy NBC to give us up to date news as well as game shows and most of our favorite shows. Very disappointed that these disputes can't be resolved easier. Neither you or NBC have little thought of those who don't have large bank accounts since any form of cable existed. I would drop all if I could go back to having all local channels. Stop being so greedy and get back to simpler times. More than disappointed and feel caught in a cage with no way out.

Think it's time for directv and wbns10tv get there act together. Get this deal done . Been long enough for the dispute. Making a lot of customers upset with directv and wbns10tv. So get over it and sign the contract.

I have been with DIREC TV for many years if they do not bring back are local stations by the end of this month I will be dropping if I am not paying over 200 dollars a month for nothing

I am not at all happy with Directv! I was with Time Warner for 40 years and never did I miss a LOCAL Chanel. I feel they are not holding up their part of our contract! I want Chanel 10 back or I will be leaving and going back to Spectrum..

CBS is a big channel to loose. The NFL is on this in 2 days. I've been with Direct TV since 2003, only because of the Sunday ticket. I can still get the red zone with Spectrum. My contract has been up. I would save $155. a month by switching. This is making it easy for me.

My favorite TV shows are no longer available to me since I'm not getting channel 10 in Columbus, the local CBS affiliate. The only thing that keeps me with Direct TV is the price. I've lived with your constant outages that seem to occur with even the slightest storm, but not being able to watch my favorite shows is a deal breaker. If you are not going to carry channel 10 in Columbus so I can watch my favorite shows, I consider that a breach of my contract and I will take the necessary steps to find another provider.

We just lost NBC. If I would have had any idea this would happen i certainly would not have signed up with a 2 year contract. New season of all shows about to start. I am very disappointed in direct tv.

I used to think directive was the best. Then one the first day of the new year we lost two networks..NBC and ABC....a week later they were back. Unfortunately then our CBS channel told use we may lose it on Jan 10 at 3pm. Well that came and went so thinking we were safe there was some relief until Friday when CBS disappeared and we have yet to get it back. No NC IS or people's choice so maybe time to rethink. What is worse is I moved a year ago and thought the prices were good for the new contract of two years just to discover my bill is now 70 more than before

Why have we not had the local channels restored, they went out on January 1st, it is now January 6th?? I believe all Direct TV customers are paying for this and not getting any responses to this question!! What is the actual story??

I think I will pay my bill when I get channel 32 back...CBS, whatever. You broke your commitment to me, so I'll be breaking my commitment to you. 2 yr contract or not! This greed war you have going with CBS is ridiculous. Sign the frigging contract already!

WE are very upset that Hearst and Directv can't work out their relationship. I am a great follower of WTAE/Channel for and all it's wonderful programs. I am also a directv longtime client. I sure hope you can get our favorite channels back.

Dishearting. A local channel NBC owner is disconnecting from Direct TV. We as customers were not informed of this . Direct TV needs to try harder to keep our local channels.

As you know subscribers are unable to get programming on Channel 8. This is very frustrating.
We pay our bill every month on time--yet are not able to enjoy all the channels you contracted for.
We have nothing to do with your disputes! We are at the mercy of your ability, in this case, inability, to perform contractual obligations!
I expect this issue to be resolved immediately. And, we should be offered a discount while we are without Channel 8.
Directv is not the only option we have. I am considering other options and will likely drop you for another.

I am very disappointed that we were not given any forewarning that Directv would be suspending WDSU affiliate of NBC in New Orleans until I turned on to watch Sunday Night Football. I watch many programs on WDSU and would have surely known what was going on and not have been caught totally off guard. You may have repeatedly requested WDSU to stay in your line up, but there was no courtesy to the customer, the ones who PAY for this service.

The contract was broken between Direct TV and me. Therefore I should not be held to the two year contract between me and Direct TV.

I am not a happy customer! I can't believe DirecTV is making their customers suffer just because they couldn't come to an agreement in time! It's always about the money and always at the expense of the customer. If CBS and FOX isn't restored soon I will figure something else out that won't include Directv!

Where is Channel 13? I was looking for 2nd Pres this morning and the screen said it was no more. Now I want the Dallas game and no more Channel 13. What is going on with Direct TV? It's a backcourt Channel. I watch it every night at 9 pm. If that be the case we shall have to find another carrier.

You can not reach this web site. My ABC and NBC stations have been removed. I want them back NOW. I did not want Direct TV but my husband did Now our bill is $199.00 a month and it is worthless.

I agree with all of you who are outraged with directv. What promise???? I too am mad. NBC has been out for way longer than is necessary, my 6year old Granddaughter could re-negotiate faster than these idiots.
