I ordered ticket for the away fans section, Crystal Palace v Arsenal. They sent me home fans "hospitality" tickets, claiming they were more expensive and won't refund me since it's an "upgrade".

I was only interested in the away fans section. I had to cancel my whole trip, as the price for away seats had gone way up on other sites since I first ordered.

They ruined my summer vacation, and didn't even try to help. Please stay away!

Great times at Old Trafford!

My husband is a HUGE Man United fan, so what can be better than taking him to a Man U- Arsenal match at the Traff? Problem is this is of course a high demand match with many ticket requests, but lucky for us, we found Football Ticket Net via a Google search. Their site is maybe the best I saw – very user friendly and simple even to people like me.

I was not sure at first of how ordering tickets online via a secondary ticket company was going to be and sure -prices were not cheap, but the seats were great as we got the tickets to our Manchester hotel 2 days prior to the match date.

Final result was a 1-1 draw, but for Football Ticket Net this a fine W in the victory column - well done lads, well done.

#1 in my opinion
Long time football fan, first I approach the clubs official websites, can find tickets there? My go to secondary market website is Football Ticket Net. Sure the prices are more than face value, but this is what happens in all secondary market websites when it’s a big match and hard to get tickets. Their customer service is second to none. The website is very user friendly and most important the delivery of the tickets and the seats in the stadium (tried them already for 3 different matches) are always the best in the category you choose.

Made my dream come true

My wish was to watch a Bayern Munich live in action at the Allianz Arena – Football Ticket Net made this a reality.

Coming to order ticket online, I was unsure at first – but their great customer service helped me with every question I had from the price of the tickets, to the seats and about when and how the ticket will be delivered to me.

I choose the Category 1 platinum ticket category that was sent to my mail as e-ticket that was a very easy and friendly to download 2 days prior to the match. BTW, The game was great as Bayern won 3-1! #Packmas #MiaSanMia.

Fine service, good tks
Searched a ticket site I can trust with purchasing UEFA Super Cup tickets and came up with Football Ticket Net. Their website is very user friendly and the tickets prices were very low compering to other websites. We got the tickets in mail 2 days before the match that was great with good seats and atmosphere.

Professional company, very good seats

Went 2 months ago to Paris and decide to watch PSG with Zlatan vs Nantes. We got e-tickets to this match with no problem 2 days before the match. We downloaded them, entered the Parc des Princes stadium with no problem and seats were great.

When you are write reviews it's nice sometimes also to tell good stories and say thank you and not only complain so I recommend Football Ticket Net, professional company. Good job.

Great Euros experience
Followed our Polska team in France and saw 3 matches – 2 with Football Ticket Net, another with different ticket company. Football Ticket Net tickets were the best! (vs Swiss and vs Germany) – very good seats, came to our hotel 1 day before match date and they had great service people in Facebook and customer service which answered every question we had.

The best in the business by far!

Top service combined with great attitude and most important reasonable tickets prices -Football Ticket Net is the #1 source online for hard to find tickets in my opinion. This year I chose to use their services for a couple of times and each match we got great seats and had a great time.

Only Football Ticket Net for me!

I watched yesterday with my buddies Man United vs Bournemouth at the Traff and had a great time, so I would like to say thanks to Football Ticket Net for the nice experience and not for the first time.

Getting tickets to high demand football matches is always hard, on many occasions seats are not as promised and tickets are usually very overpriced.
But if there is one ticket broker company that is better above all the rest is Football Ticket Net. I tried using other websites that offer football tickets, but Football Ticket Net is the best.

They have a great sales team (Loren is very helpful and professional), Nice and understating customer service staff and most important tickets are fairly priced and we got great seats.

Great tickets – seats exactly as described!

Went to see Manchester United vs Leicester in Old Trafford and had the best time ever.

Leicester is a great team and deserved winning this year Premier League title 100%.

I want to thank Football Ticket Net team from sales – to customer service. I got great seats in Sir Alex Ferguson stand – exactly where I wanted and as described in their website with a fair price.

Tickets arrived to our hotel, 1 day before the match and waited for us at the reception.

I used this company services already a few times in the past and for sure will keep recommending them to my friends and family again in the future.

Number 1 company for football tickets online!
Where should I begin... Well first of all this company is VERY GOOD – Definitely NOT Fraud like fake reviews posted by fake customers are trying to write you about.

I bought tickets from them not once nor twice – but 4 times and each time they deliver!
They deliver on-time -great seats, good prices – never had a problem in the past, they have great customer service staff.

Nice suppliers -Everything was PERFECT – well expect the score in the match as Man United didn’t passed Liverpool (But that's of course not their fault – that’s on the team hahaha)

Will definitely recommend to all my friends and all the people I know

My go to website for football tickets

Prices are a little bit higher than face value (but let's see you get tickets directly from Barcelona's, Arsenal's or the other major European football
teams websites for the big matches).

Their customer service is the best in the business (always answer on the phone and helpful with every questions).

And the delivery of the tickets is always no time including good seats (one time I also got a free upgrade!).

There are many secondary ticket websites online – a lot of brokers or suppliers – But Football Ticket Net is really the best.

My favorite source for football tickets again & again

There are many websites offering football tickets, but the best one online is Football Ticket Net. I have been buying tickets from this company many times in the past and they never disappoint.

This time we wanted tickets to watch Real Madrid @ Valencia, our first time in that stadium and once again Football Ticket Net delivered the goods with great tickets & decent prices.

Sure, you can maybe find cheaper tickets if you can buy them directly through the club website – but usually you can't and anyhow it's more simple to buy them via Football Ticket Net –great customer service, friendly to use site and always a happy outcome.

Coming from far away to watch Atletico Madrid in the Spanish Capital was a long journey for us – but a great experience mostly thanks to the tickets we ordered via Football Ticket Net

Amazing Boxing Day Experience

As a long time English football fan my dream was always to watch live in action the end of the year Boxing Day matches In the UK.

I have started planning this trip already a few months ago, but after realizing I will not have any chance to buy good tickets via the official club websites I eventually choose Football Ticket Net as the source for buying tickets to 2 matches: Chelsea vs Watford and Arsenal vs Bournemouth.

Although Chelsea is having a rough season, seeing the match live at Stamford Bridge is a must for every English football fan. Tickets arrived to our hotel, 1 day prior to the match, they were as promised – in their premium platinum plus category (central seats close to the field) and we saw 4 goals which was nice.

I'm happy I choose Football Ticket Net, as I heard other sites are not always giving you the tickets on time or as described when you buy them online. Thanks guys – Now we're on to watch Arsenal.

I was planning a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Spain with my husband and two sons, and the thing they most wanted to do was to see a live Real Madrid game. I wanted to have tickets secured ahead of time, and the only way I could find to do that was through re-sellers like Football Ticket Net, but they all say that they only guarantee tickets in pairs, and I was very concerned about being separated from my non-Spanish-speaking family during the game. I emailed Football Ticket Net about the possibility of getting all 4 seats together, and they assured me that all I had to do to get the seats together was to put in the comments that I was travelling with children.

I did precisely as instructed. However, when we received the tickets (Friday evening before a Saturday game), they were NOT together. They weren't even close-- they were 5 sections apart and couldn't even be walked between! When I called to try to have it fixed, I got only voice mail... their offices only open 9-5 Mon-Fri despite serving weekend games and not delivering tickets ahead of time. I emailed and left a voice message, but got no reply. It wasn't just me, either-- while trying to find people to change seats with me so I could unite my family, I came across a Danish family in the exact same boat. They too had been promised seats together and had then been abandoned with separate seats.
Football Ticket Net didn't even have the decency to contact me the next business day to apologize or offer recompense. THREE business days later, after I started leaving negative reviews, I finally got an email from them saying it was “a very serious matter”… and asking me to provide copies of my tickets to prove my allegation. As if they didn’t know what tickets they gave me! As if two of the “tickets” weren’t actually season pass cards that had to be immediately returned, and probably weren’t legal to begin with! As it happens however we had taken photos of the tickets, so that we’d know where the other half of our family was. I sent that in… and heard nothing. When I threatened to go back to my negative reviews they finally answered, offering a 10% refund in compensation… but only for two of the four tickets. Somehow in their twisted cheapskate minds, only two of my four tickets were not in the promised group of four. I pointed out the idiocy of this, but they would not budge from their paltry offer… and that was after having to prod them several times to respond.
In short-- broken promises, priceless moments ruined, pitiful follow-through, and laughable compensation. Shame on you, Football Ticket Net!

9/July/2014 World Cup Semi Final Argentina v Holland, my personal honest FootballTicketNet Review:
This Company destroyed my WC Semi Final ARG-HOLLAND experience 9 July 2014.
Footballticketnet failed us 3hrs before kickoff on a Group booking, you wasted my time and made me look stupid in front of my mates and family.
You have bad Suppliers whom you neither influence nor weed out.
You fail big value Big Game group buyers at the last moment.
You are clueless about Delivery dates or times. You just cannot track or trace your seller Suppliers even on the last day. You had more than 10 days lead time on an advance online order with several choices of local addresses to deliver into. You received several escalating emails but you failed to act to prevent a looming catastrophe on a Big Game matchday. You refused to Sedex 10 even with adequate lead time.
You are never a Firm Offer and Done until I have all my tickets in my hand. You misrepresented terms, you assured me and you dropped me.
You killed my good name with my mates and family. You made me a laughing stock. You ruined my good relationships.
We flew to Sao Paulo on trust without game tickets in hand and Footballticketnet failed our group terribly shamefully at the last moment.
Good luck to you with any future Business lifelong.
I do NOT want to be your Client ever. I will dissuade my friends, family & strangers from you.
Buyers beware! This Company fails Big Ticket Group buyers on Big Game matchdays.

You bring disrepute to fan ticket websites. You are bad for the ball games that we watch.
Refund me my good name with my mates and family.
May you be regulated. May a competitive market make your Company disappear. Amen

I ordered tickets for FC Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid on the 17/5/14 and I was very pleased with this website (not so happy about the score. ;) 1:1).
at first i was worried to buy online but after getting a recommendation from a friend I have decided to take the chance, and now I'm happy I did it!

Following such an incredible experience - I decided to share with you all, so everyone will enjoy!
I booked tickets for the Real Madrid vs Elche match at the site: www.footballticketnet.com and received to my email the details of my order, and it mention that the tickets will be sent to my hotel. And really, when I got to the hotel the tickets were waiting for me :)
I enjoyed very much to see Real on the field and especially the three goals we scored! :)
Seats were in the category I have ordered and everything was just perfect!

Ordered some tickets from here - was told they would be delivered 3-7 days before the match, actaully got them the day before. I was told they would be delivered on the friday, but received no tracking information so called them (got through after about 15 attempts). First they told me it would be delivered that day, but when I said I'd had no tracking information she suddenly remembered speaking to someone about it the day before and that the ticket had just missed the post. Got the ticket the day before but with a really dodgy letter saying don't in any circumstances take this to the groundand someone else's season ticket with an envelope to retiurn it (different name on the season ticket to who it was being returned to). Then a couple of days after the game someone rings me to see where his season ticket is (it was posted on the monday and called me on the wednesday). Sounded really aggressive and not happy that the agent gave out my phone number.

Please refer to our terms and conditions – we are a secondary market company which resells tickets to sold out and hard to get events. (in order to buy direct from the club you need to be a member or a season ticket holder.

We mention everywhere we can that the name on the ticket sometimes won't match the name of the customer. We have sellers which sell their season card for certain games and therefore in order not to have problems at the entrance we give you these instructions.

Yes you say on your site that sellers sell their season tickets but the original post is saying that the season ticket and the person that it had to be returned to were not the same, so was probably stolen or bought in a dishonest way.

Bad experience with www.footballticketnet.com we were promised tickets days before the event. The event was Sunday, they told my wife she had to stay at home on the Friday to receive the delivery, no one came, we waited in all day Saturday, no-one came, we had to chase through many ways including emergency email which didn’t work, eventually promised them at the game, waited for almost 2 hours at the pick up point, got the tickets with 15 mins to kick off. Everyone hugely stressed out especially after travelling from Norway as well. Finally promised 3 tickets together, the tickets are not together! Absolute disgrace! We will never use this company again. Almost £600 for 3 tickets not together is a joke!
