Thanks Hall Honda for staying ontop of the recalls for the Honda Ridgline. Jack Chapman was great to work with and got my truck was completed in a timely manner. I purchased my Honda in 2006 form Hall and all service has been done when due and that is how my truck is running great with 138,000 miles on it. Thanks to everyone at Hall for the great sevice over the years.

Arrived at 11:35 for an oil change appointment at 11:45 am. Only 3 people in the waiting area - including me.
Notified at 1:20 that my vehicle was ready. Had to search the back lot for my car.

I schedule an appointment with Hall on line for Friday May the 6 at 11;00 a.m. Main reason was a state inspection . I had oil change, AC not blowing cold 6 hour later I was informed that they needed to get a part in order to fixed the seatbelt air bag light being on. I was told the part would be in until Tuesday May the 10, so I schedule to return on Tuesday which I did this morning. Two and a half hour later the part that Hall ordered didn't work. Wow, now I need a seat cushion pad. My point is they don't have a clue what I need . If they did it would have been fixed today. Cost me about another $300 dollars for doing nothing . What a joke for service.

I had my tire lock lugs removed and replaced regular lugs. I brought it in for service at Hall Toyota. Fast efficient service. Very satisfied. Thanks to Josh Parsons for excellent service.

Our experience buying our Honda Pilot and Hall, Virginia Beach was a pleasure from beginning to end. The tutorial with Barb was amazing. The way she walked us through all the bells and whistles was great. She is patient, kind and very knowledgeable. We drove away with the car feeling really confident.
After 2 years we had forgotten a few things and went back with a list of things for a refresher course. She was as patient, graceful and thorough as the first time.
Barb is a great asset to Hall Honda and she made learning everything about our new car a pleasure instead of stressful.

Michelle Bozeman provides the best customer service, greatful for the warm welcome, professionalism, knowledge, and the genuine kindness shown during my service visits. She takes the time to remember the customers and makes the experience pleasant every time. Highly recommend Hall Toyota because Michelle is there.

My experience with Ms Barbara Howard was amazing. She's kind, polite, patient and certainly knowledgeable. She patiently walked me through the ins and outs of my Honda Accord. She left no stoned unturned. Wonderful personality and does it with so much grace. She will make you call her "friend". Thank you Hall Honda for having someone like Ms Howard on your team. A definite asset to your company.

I was greeted by a salesman Jamie Cornette as soon as I arrived at the Hall Hundai in Newport News. I told them what I was looking for and he showed me a few models. He did not pressure me into making a decision about a car that day. I told him that I was looking at different car models. But I really like the Hundai Elantra so I contacted Jamie to work up some figures for me. We took a test drive in the manual and then automatic Elantra. He got the figures on the three cars I asked him about. He even brought me a bottle of water while we were doing the paperwork for my new car. Jamie was very professional and pleasant. I will definately let my friends know how well I was treated. Thanks Jamie for making it easy to get my new car. Now I hope the deer stay away from this one.
