On a return visit to Heritage Toyota Catonsville, 6324 Baltimore Natl. Pike, I
was introduced to Mr. Karl Smith, Sales Consultant. He assisted my search
for my idea car. Mr, Smith was personable, yet professional, helpful and overall
extremely patient. He allow me to take the vehicle for a test drive, while pointing out the various performances of this model car. Mr. Smith never rushed our test drive session. He was very attentive to my lack of knowledge
about the new technology available in automobiles to date, I was very please
with this experience. It was an awesome test drive with Mr. Smith. I rate this
visit with Mr. Karl Smith as outstanding and I recommend my family and friends to ask for this amazing person from Heritage Toyota Catonsville, MD.

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Calvin Parnell, was very professional and very pleasant, trying to keep me in a positive state of mind while trying to buy a car with no money. Mr Calvin reassure me several time that he could help me. I felt like winnie the pooh friend eeyore. But He keep me thinking positive during the whole ordeal. Than the worse part of the deal so I thought the FINANCE GUY, Mr. Cory Synder ALL finance manager should take a page from his book, he made the transaction so pleasant and smooth. I could not have ask for a better group of associates,

My wife and I entered the dealership and right off the bat we were met with friendly and knowledgeable professionals who made us feel comfortable in our decision making. We initially went to only look at vehicles; however we subsequently left there with a Buick. The entire staff made the car buying experience easy and educational; we didn't feel pressured. The whole process was orchestrated like a finely tuned engine. Special shout out to Tremaine, Calvin, Tony and all the staff at Heritage, Owings Mills who made the experience one not to forget. My beautiful Honda Accord Ex was hit by Ice and Snow on 3/22/18 by a motorist that did not clear the roof of his car off. The ice & snow broke loose flew into the air and landed smack onto my windshield and shattered so bad I could not see out of it, I was stuck on the side of the road until help arrived. I had glass everywhere, on the dash, in my hair on my clothing and in my mouth, thank god I had sunglasses on. I was in tears, a total wreck. My first thought was where to bring this car to for repair " No Brainer" Heritage Honda Parkville, MD. They calmed me down, provided beverages (water) and took me to the service area where they explained everything to me. My beauty is no repaired and the staff was wonderful. They told me they cleaned the inside of the car and removed shards of glass, I was so grateful. what a fabulous dealership, I just love them all. I was treated like a Queen,. Big thanks to the service staff, Tim, Bill Maureth and Glen Kohler. I was a basket case!!!!!!! Big thanks to Glen, who put his coat on and went out to the flatbed truck that was hauling my vehicle to assess the damage, now how many salespersons would do this, not many, How many service staff members would clam you down to the point where you can think, not many. Love these guys and thank you all for everything. "Hertiage Honda, Parkville Maryland is the place to go for sales, service and whatever your Honda may need. Thank you again, I'm hooked for life.

Shaun Little was great! I was told by Toni that Joe would be the person to see, but he had another appointment coming in. Shaun stepped up to the plate with no hesitation mind you that it was 12 degrees outside on January 6, 2018 and it was 5:30pm when I arrived at Heritage dealership. Well, I was able to take the car that day, and came back to complete the paperwork today which was icy outside - Shaun was such a pleasure to deal with. In fact, the whole team (Toni, Joe, Ebenezer and of course Shaun), was very nice to us and left with the Envision Essence - name of Frostbite. Remember, I said it was 12 degrees outside and a person could get frostbite. So that is her name! I will be sure to recommend customers to Heritage Chevy-Buick, because they will get the deal done!

I found the customer service very rewarding especially with Sales Representative Joe Nagel. He was professional, very knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease. He didn't pressure me about buying a car. He was completely honest. The entire financial office provided me with excellent service with the finance of my vehicle from the Front office down to the Sales representative. Everyone was extremely helpful. I never experience this kind of service with any other vehicle I have purchased. Mr. Joe Nagel is truly an asset to your company-a team player.

I stopped by the Dealership one week ago and was walking the lot looking at new and used cars. Lou spotted me and answered all my questions.

I came in on 10/20/16 and I saw Lou the first thing Lou said to me was high Evan. This really impressed me that Lou remembered my name. I knew that if I was going to purchase a car in the near future I would give Lou the first chance to make a deal.

After going back and forth on price we came to an agreement.

The Used Car Manager and the Service Manager were polite, professional and honest with questions and concerns that I had.

We both are very happy with the complete sale in all aspects of the sale.
The Business Manager was fast and very nice to deal with. He knew that I was not going to purchase any of the extras that he had to offer. Unlike other Dealerships they would still pressure you into looking at the products they have to offer. I was very happy that I was not pressured.
My wife and I purchased a nice used 2013 Honda Certified Accord from Lou Persico on 10/20/16.

Lou was very helpful, friendly and professional.

I will have my car serviced at Heritage Honda and will speak very highly of the Dealership.

I recently went to Heritage Honda at 580 Baltimore Blvd. Westminster.
Mike Meckley was my service advisor. Awesome customer service very knowledgeably about Honda cars. He kept me informed the whole time.
