We just bought a car through Rasheem Harris in Canandaigua. He was extremely accomodating. 2 months ago he assisted us with the process of ordering a new Corolla. Today it was ready for us. Rasheem came in on his day off!!!! He guided us through the final process very smoothly. Everything was just perfect. I highly recommend him.

Just purchased a used 2020 Subaru from “Coach” today at West Herr Nissan Lockport. A Subaru is my dream car but our daughter needed a vehicle. I saw it and had to buy it. Everyone was great and supportive. We had great experience and could not be happier.

From the moment my husband and I walked through the door at West Herr of Hamburg and shook the hand of Bill Pease we knew we were in good hands! His outstanding personality, professionalism and genuine concern for our best interest made us feel at home! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! He made sure we drove away with the perfect vehicle that we love!
Bill, John Foster and Erick Miller went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase!
We won't go anywhere else! We are now a part of the Herr family!! Thank you so much for the best 2 days we were blessed to spend with you!

West Herr of Hamburg , after traveling around Erie County looking for cars, my heart always comes back to the number 1 team at west Herr. Kelly Hartway and Emily Anzerella these 2 young ladies never pressure or do they rush. They listen to us always. So I’ve been there over 1 1/2 years and I’m guessing third time is a charm I had to go back to my explorer. I highly recommend these 2 young ladies to all my friends and family. It’s what keeps me coming back. Their Asst. Haley also , a wonderful young lady and knows her business and to me looks like a great asset to their team. I can’t say enough about this A team at West Herr, they are an huge Asset to West Herr in Hamburg . Thank you again. My heart lies with these two girls,

Just got a vehicle for my granddaughter and worked with Rob Lalka…. He was with us all the way…. If you are looking for a used vehicle, he will work with you until you find the one you want…He will also work with you after you receive your vehicle.. With all of the optional sources available today to buy a vehicle I haven't see any that can compare to the personal touch a direct salesman can provide at a dealership. I have bought a number of used vehicles from Steve Smodics at West Herr, Hamburg, NY. I have been more than 100% satisfied with his professional service and assistance. He has consistently exceeded what I would expect a salesman to do before and after the sale.
Additionally my most recent transaction experience was exceptional. Management got involved and far exceeded what I expected would occur negotiation wise. West Herr has never disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about Erik Giardina and his team at West Herr Nissan in Lockport, NY! They went above and beyond for me and got me into a great car! They even brought the car to me at my place of employment so I could test drive it! Their customer service is the best. Everything about this experience was outstanding!! My daughter leased a new truck at WestHerr and highly recommended that I go there to lease a new car. She praised the staff who was proficient, friendly, and accommodating.
She dealt with Sabri Darwish and so did I. I was extremely impressed.
He was knowledgeable, personable and helpful in so many ways. I would highly recommend him and would give him a 10 out of 10.

A great experience with Tyler Cretelle! A knowledgeable advisor who loves his job. This was my first purchase of a BMW and it’s amazing! The features of comfort, technology and power are super efficient. Evan Page is also available to answer any technology questions if needed. A very nice group of people to work with that execute prompt service. See you in three years Tyler!

I was very happy with West Herr Nissan. TRACY MCMANN went above and beyond trying to find the best SUV that worked within my budget and was patient with the time I had and the kind of vehicle I was looking for. During the times of the world we now live in she made it easy to test drive cars and choose what worked for me. I am now a very happy owner of a 2017 Subaru Outback and would gladly go back in the future to purchase another SUV. Thanks again Tracy and West Herr.

Got my first BMW , great experience!!!! Did I add I only had a hour break I was rushing them to hurry so I could drive back to work . Tyler Cretelle made it happen he’s the man . Got back on my break the next day everything was ready and waiting .
Thanks so much Tyler for making a positive memory , I will be back for my new one in about 3 years .

I highly recommend Kate O'Neil at West Herr/LeBrun Toyota in Canandaigua, NY. I can honestly say I have never had such a pleasant experience trading a car in. of years and we keep going back to him. If you go to BMW of Rochester,
just ask for Dave Wells. He must be great at what he does because

When buying a vehicle is necessary, from a Boomer's perspective, the scenario is simple due to the number of times this type of purchase has been done.
If the staff is trained to listen, the facts become more transparent.
If the numbers are reasonable, we keep our seat.
If respect is shared, harmony is achieved.
Once the above is sincronized we reveal the contents of our walllets.
West Herr does thier very best to make a purchase simple. Thanks to Dan Fabrizio and the crew at Infiniti of Williamsville.

I recently bought a 2021 X3 from West Herr BMW Rochester, worked with Tyler Cretelle. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, totally a pleasure to work with. I was also very impressed with Colin, the technology expert who set up and explained the multitude of features in the car. My new car is amazing, and both these associates represent the high standards you'd expect from BMW. Highly recommend this dealership !

I recently purchased my second car with Sales Cunsultant Dave Wells. The second experience was as good as the first. Dave is very personable , honest and knowledgeable, three things I think are paramount with a sales rep. Quite frankly, if Dave was not there I would have looked elsewhere...
I do not hesitate to recommend Dave to friends and family, for that matter anyone that is looking for a car. Westherr is fortunate to have Dave in their employ and I will look for him with my next car....

We bought an X3 from the dealership 12/18/21. Conner was an outstanding salesman as well as his managers and other team members. There wasn't any pressure tactics, which I appreciated, and the visit was a pleasurable event. My wife loves the X3 . The financing was easy and the terms were great. Friday, December 11, 2020, I went to West Herr BMW in Rochester, NY. I had previously reviewed on line a BMX X5x40i, printed out the review and made a number of notations on the review. I was introduced to Tyler Cretelle and after some initial small talk, Tyler took my printed review and sat down at his computer. He flipped through the pages, searched through the West Herr Rochester BMW inventory and came up with a BMW that fit perfectly with what I had in mind. It was very impressive that he did not ask me to walk through the parking lot with him looking at various models. He did his homework first, made a phone call and precisely the right car was brought around for the test drive. I leased it. We met again on Monday for the paperwork and Tyler handled everything efficiently and professionally. When we were down, he introduced me to a young man by the name of Colin, who went through the instrumentation and technology package in detail. Colin was very also professional, personable and knew every detail of the tech package. It was a fun and informative session that Tyler, Colin and I had and a very valuable one for the purchaser of a new vehicle. You have two 5 star employees here with 5 being the highest number of stars and the top rating. The next day, Tuesday, December 15, I had snow tires installed on the new vehicle. Kyle in Service handled this and did a flawless job on time with short notice and with courtesy, professionalism and a great sense of humor. So, in the span of 5 days I was fortunate to have been serviced by Tyler, Colin and Kyle and West Herr is fortunate to have three such dedicated and excellent employees.

I hate buying a car. However, my car was a 2006 that I drove for 8 years.
My salesperson was Jonah McNaughton. He listened to me and found me a used car within my price range. The process was very efficient and professional. I even got payments and terms within my budget.

I LOVE my Rogue!! John "Coach" Madden and everyone else involved from start to finish were exceptional to work with. Professional, friendly, informative and caring - what more could you ask for? No high pressure sales here - I have never felt so at ease during a vehicle purchase. All my questions were answered and I ended up with the vehicle that I wanted and a monthly payment that I was completely comfortable with. This was my first experience working with West Herr Nissan in Lockport. They now have me as a customer for life. Thanks guys, you're the best!!!!

BMW of Rochester is a West Herr dealership with an amazing sales staff and service staff to go along with it. Well worth the drive to Rochester. This is the second car I have bought their and Val Johnson has been my salesman. Great guy and he is extremely knowledgeable but does not pressure you. Finance is also tops and takes the time to make sure you understand the warranty and any changes. I can’t say enough about this dealership as they are awesome to work with ❣️
