Their clothes aren’t flattering and some of the materials are very cheap and fits are cheesy and not sophisticated. What is even worse is their return policy which they recently changed without notice (I have been trying to use a credit from another return) and clothes are only returnable within 20 days of ORDERING, they ship USPS so in most cases you have less than a week from the item arriving to return it. They also only give store credit as a refund. Don’t waste your money here unless you are sure items will fit and you can tell from the pictures they are made of quality materials.

Terrible customer service. Return policy is not transparent, and when I tried to share that feedback and come to a resolution for a large order I made, instead of offering return options, they were very defensive and put the blame on me. Awful experience and the dresses all fit poorly, came in packaging that included a bunch of busted silica packets that I spent all morning cleaning up to keep away from my toddler :(

So I wanted to like the brand so bad! I was so excited when I found it.... However, their online ordering system is a NIGHTMARE. The quality of the dresses are nice, but honestly it's not worth the hassle. It's best to shop somewhere where they will get your orders out, and refund you.
1. If you order the wrong size, or you don't like your dress they will NOT REFUND, even if you send it back the same day. You only get store credit. So what happens is that it takes 10 days to receive the package, then to return it's another 10 days... then to receive the next order another 10 days. So in total that's 30 days of trying to get a dress.
2. Their sizing chart in my eyes runs big. The website suggested I buy a medium when I'm a 32 bust, and 26-27 waist. I should've known cause I always wear smalls, but I was like well I should do what they suggest. The dresses I received literally swallowed me whole. Like it would've need to be altered in order to have fit me correctly.
3. Because you don't get a refund, then it's like impossible to match the store credit. So sadly I actually ended up loosing money. They are very sneaky about this.

I ordered two dresses off of Jessake and I was pretty exited about them however when I got them in the mail the colors of the dresses didn’t really match the colors that were on the models the dresses I bought one was darker and one was lighter in the pictures it had a blue look but when I got it it was light green. Also one of the dresses I bought was cute however the front didn’t sit right. I thought it was maybe my body but I went back and tried to look at how it sat on the model and on the model she had the same problem but tried covering it up with the flowers that she was holding.

I wouldn't buy from this place if it were the LAST place on earth.
I had bad customer service and it was like my way of the highway. I had a issue with a new dress I bought and tried to have customer service take care of it but they were like we are a small boutique and not a big box store.
Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
If I could give a no star I would. They just lost a good customer.

I’ve ordered several times without issue. I last ordered a dress and needed to return for another size. I returned the dress and was told I could not receive a refund because there was hair on the dress. (Hair that was not even the same color as mine). Extremely odd. Will not order from them again. The return policy is horrible and it seems as though returns can be refused for any reason, even if not legitimate.

I'm so glad I found JessaKae, they have great clothing, especially dresses for tall girls! Very classy that can be dressed up or down. What really sells the pieces for me are the close ups on instagram with the models measurements. Will definitely be ordering more classy clothing in the future!

I’ve ordered from JessaKae quite a few times. And let me tell you, I have never loved a dress more than anything. I feel absolutely beautiful in all 3 dresses I own by them. They all fit true to size, all compliment me very well, and they’re just overall BEAUTIFUL.
Their customer service is also outstanding. They’re extremely nice and understanding of everything. I ordered a sweater once in a large, which was incorrect because they didn’t actually have it in a large. They emailed me immediately and told me they could send a medium instead. They then proceeded to tel me that the sweater ran big anyway. When i received the sweater, it fit perfectly. They know exactly how to please you as a customer, and know how to fix any mistakes that may cross your path.
I highly recommend JessaKae!!

I have loved everything I have purchased from JessaKae! I recently purchased on of their new release items but was so excited to order it that I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I immediately emailed their support email and they were so nice and adjusted my order for me within the same day. Every item I have received has been great quality and the fit true to size.

Proceed with caution! I had placed an order recently for a dress that I thought was going to be perfect for my wedding rehearsal. I was unsure about what size as my measurements were in between two sizes. Within minutes of ordering, I emailed requesting a larger size and was told it would be taken care of. Order gets shipped - the wrong size was shipped. The dress arrives and the quality of the dress was underwhelming. Sent the item back the same day I received it and come to find that the return policy is atrocious! Having paid $7 for shipping and then $7 to return brought my refund to basically 50% off what I originally paid - for a dress I didn’t even wear once! I’m all for supporting small businesses and understand they need to make money, but my money could go much further elsewhere.

I recently ordered a gift card for a friend’s birthday. I mistakenly put in the wrong email address, so I did not receive the gift card. I emailed Jessakae to let them know what happened and they sent a receipt for the gift card to the correct email. However they did not send the actual gift card again. I’ve emailed them several times since but I have yet to hear back on how to resolve the issue. I understand that putting the wrong email address in was clearly my fault but the lack of customer service and helpfulness and fixing the issue has been extremely disappointing. Now I’m out $50 and my friend did not receive her birthday gift. I will never order from the site again. Horrible customer service.

I purchased several dresses from them and they do not fit true to size. I also tried to return them and they did not honor my return request or even offer exchange for the items... I am stuck with almost 200$ worth of dresses I cant even wear. Disappointed and will not order from them again!

Since you didn't post your name I wasn't able to look up your order history and respond to you directly. For returns, we allow customers 20 days from the date they ordered to return their purchase (unless the item was on sale, in which case it's not returnable). We do offer free exchanges so if your not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can exchange it for something different. Received my dress and it was so thin and see through! I paid 50 dollars, their return policy is only 14 days. Life got busy - travel - and I missed the short window. Now I have an unworn dress, and wasted 50+ dollars. Won't be ordering here again :(

We do our best to communicate all of this information in the product description but sometimes it can get overlooked (you're welcome to email us before purchasing or talk to our live chat to get our personal advice on any specific piece).
Regarding the return period, which is 20 days from the date of purchase. Our policy for returns is in place not to detract customers from returning but instead to maintain a reasonable return period so that the item can be restocked. Received my dress today and was disappointed. Material see through and thin... there was thread coming off.. overall cheap and not even worth the $40. The positive reviews on Instagram and Facebook have to be people still shopping at forever 21.
