Cancelled my order with no explanation. From reviews it sounds like I got lucky, ordered it through Amazon for less anyway, so to hell with them.

Rude customer service! I went to their website to look up a key fob for our 2011 Kia Soul and the website did not have anything listed so I call and got the very rude female. I told her what I was looking for and was ready to place an order, and she said, "part number". I explained that their website didn't have it listed. She replied, "can't help", I said excuse me and she replied, "what part of can't help do you not understand?" I said you don't have to be so rude. You would think that if someone said, “I am ready to place an order, they would want to help them”. I again said the website did not have it listed... She said oh well can't help if you don't have the part number... I asked if she could look it up for me and she replied NO! I told her she was rude, and she hung up on me... I called back and spoke a manager named Victor and he really didn’t seem to care and told me to call a Kia dealership to get help… I told him I would call someone else that was interested in my business…. I would NOT recommend this company at all…!

Be careful using their pictures for representation. I ordered a left and right strut assembly. Almost all the pictures show a complete strut assembly with the spring and top plate pre-assembled. The parts showed up with no springs or top plates. CS says there were no parts missing from the order so RMA was denied. Shady business using pictures which do not represent what you are buying. $300 won't change my life but will surely change where I buy my parts.

I highly suggest you have an Amex card if you order from KiaPartsNow, you’ll need it.

My son hooked up his phone to our Cadenza, and turned up his music so LOUD, it blew out the driver’s side speaker. Begrudgingly, he took accountability to replace it. What followed with KiaPartsNow.com was an unparalleled nightmare, and one of the worst customer service experiences ever.

We began my putting in the VIN number of the car into their website, but it didn’t work, so we put in the year, make and model, which returned several speakers options. Not knowing what to choose, we called KiaPartsNow, and were told to order part # 963303J300. Which we did – thankfully with my American Express card (more to come on that).

After paying $18.34 for shipping and handling (ridiculous in its own right, the speaker weighs about a pound and was poorly packaged), they waited FIVE days before shipping it, and it arrived two days later. The speaker was the right size, but the connector was not.

We contacted them and were told “oops, you should have ordered part # 96330D”, which had the correct connector. I said fine, what should I do. He said he would need to issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) to return the wrong speaker, then order the new speaker with the right connector. In addition, he said I was responsible for shipping the wrong speaker back, and it needed to be in the original box, unused, etc. I would also need to pay an additional $44 for the correct speaker and another $18 shipping fee. I was aghast, but didn’t really see any other options.

After four days, I didn’t receive anything, so I emailed them. After six days of no reply, I called them again. They said yes, they had the RMA, but it was a different department, and I had to go through them.

I emailed THAT department, again, with no response for several days. I called again and was told “they were working on it”. The next day I received an email from the RMA department saying my return had been denied because “electronic parts are not eligible for return”.

I called AGAIN and explained I had spoken to one of their technical reps about getting the correct speaker with the right connector, and they said “sorry, we are not able to accept electronic parts for return”.

This process took 27 days! We emailed them eight times; the only response was the RMA denial. We called them I think about 10 times.

I went to the American Express website and issued a dispute. A few days later, they emailed me back and said the dispute had been denied because the merchant (KiaPartsNow) said I had received the correct part, and it was not returnable, per their “electronics” policy. KiaPartNow made no mention I was trying to return an incorrect part that THEY had said to order.

I subsequently called Amex to provide them with the real facts, which they ardently listened to. They offered to open the dispute again but said the merchant would probably just quote their same “policy” and suggested instead I file a claim with Amex, citing a flagrant and egregious fault with the merchant. This is part of the Amex Platinum guarantee (it also doubles the warranty on any items you purchase). I sent the Amex claims department a short email explaining the situation, with a photo of the connectors which didn’t match.
ONE day later, they refunded the $169 I paid for the speaker and shipping to my Amex account. I ordered the correct speaker from GenuineKiaParts.com which arrived in four days and fit the car.

So, take heed. KiaPartsNow has a terrible return policy, even worse customer service, and if you don’t have a good credit card like American Express who has your back, you’re going to EAT the money you paid, even if it’s their fault.

Happy shopping.

Do not use this company. Sent wrong part and make it either return or refund so hard. They also sent the wrong part so delayed and shipping box was very terrible condition. I learned my lesson with $100 but do not make the same mistake like me costly.

Purchase a hood. They sent me the wrong one.Called and told them you sent me the wrong hood. They said the order was delivered so we can't help you and denied there own wrong hood return.Ok so when do I get my hood I ordered. They told me the order is delivered and wouldn't give me my hood or a refund over $780.00.I had to track down the dealer who actually sells and ships the parts. That would be Kia Of Ventura California. Talk to Brian in parts and get your parts cheap and faster...Kia Parts Now is a remote drop shipper...Could be anywhere..There is no office or team to help you...Be safe and never Purchase from them..It took me a month to get my hood..Thanks Brian.

Deal with this company at your own risk!

i recently purchased a transmission from KiaPartsNow. I got it for an excellent price, almost too good to be true (so I thought)! This transmission came with a $1000.00 core charge. Their policy for returns (RMA) states that all returns must come with ALL original packaging, labels, documents, etc.

When I took my Kia to the transmission shop to have it installed, I told them to save all of my packaging since I would need it to return my core. The shop ended up cutting up the box to remove the transmission. After reading the RMA policy I called them to let them know what happened. They said they would contact Kirby Kia in Ventura, Ca (where the transmission came from) & ask them if this would be a problem & that they would contact me soon. Well, looks like it is a problem. They said without the original box with the labels & pallet I cannot get my core deposit back. What kind of policy is this? Am I being stiffed for $1000? I did respond how I disagreed with this policy so we'll see what happens next. I would think this probably happens a lot to the unsuspected & this is a way for them to make money! The next order of business would be to take this to my credit card company & the Better Business Bureau.

Should you decide to buy parts from this company, save all of the packaging! If you need you parts installed by someone else, I would suggest to remove the part from the packaging & save before you take your vehicle to the shop.

Don’t order parts from them. Middle man sellers , they get parts from dealers then ship them . Their overnight shipping could mean 2 weeks

PROs; Found the parts for a better price than the dealers or other sites. Site so easy to order from. Shipping was fairly quick.
CONs ; Site shows a lot of parts that were not necessary for my order- Example the fender liner already has river blinds in it and they are not required.
Got the screws, clips and other small parts. They were scattered throughout the box because someone poked their finger through the bag and did not tape it up. The labels on the packages had incorrect quantities- I ordered 10 but only 6 were physically in the box/bag and the label says 4. I also got two other *empty* bags ( for quantity of 1 and the other of 2 ) when I had a third complete bag of 10 ( ordered 10 and the label said 10 ). So I got two confusing empty bags for the same part for no reason.
I call Customer Serive the second I see this in the a.m. and request the parts missing to be fulfilled, plus expedited to have them for my auto appointment. It took 4 to 5 days which is okay but it needed to be two day, CS couldn’t tell me if it could/ would be expedited. I also informed them of the issues I encountered but they didn’t seem to have interest.
I get my missing parts today (two parts).
There are two bags. One is another poked open bag and screws are loose in the box. The label says 5 when I only needed three, 4 screws are physically present in the box, and the paper (list of what was ordered) says requested 4. The other bag is a single screw in a sealed bag that says quanity one... but it was suppose to be four washers.
So now I’m less than satisfied and I really hope the distributers pay attention ( stop poking holes in bags or at least tape them up with the correct labels) and get customer service that knows more about the processes.
I feel the price was still better than other but now it almost doesn’t feel 100% worth getting it cheaper.

I do not like or trust people that play with my money. I ordered a part and they withdrew the money. I then later get an email stating the they want to verify my bank, billing and shipping addresses. They are all different because I am out of town like 400-500 miles out of town. Also, My bank does not verify any information to any seller or service provider.
So I call and email them and the say they are going to cancel my order if I don’t use PayPal. I don’t use PayPal unless somebody is sending me money because they have been funny or untrustworthy with my money on numerous occasions. Then they state they are canceling my order and to expect the funds to be redeposited with in the next 3 to 4 days.

I ordered a clockspring for my 2011 Kia Sorento due to the air bag light bring in and steering wheel controls not working. Part number 934901U489CA Replaced by: 934901U125FFF. Now I have to go to the dealer and pay $206.25 for the same part.

I cant even begin to tell you what a horrific experience this was. I am an honest hard working respected person and the way I was treated by this company is beyond cruel. I placed an order for the wrong parts and contacted the company and sent it back exactly the way it was packaged. Now this is my word against the dealer where the parts shipped to and it is beyond me that they would lie about it. I paid $31 for these items to ship to me and then had to pay $25 to ship them back. Prior to shipping them back, I contacted the kiapartsnow and sent them photos. I did not read all the fine print when placing my order and because I indeed ordered the wrong parts because I did not know and was confused on what to order. I take full responsibility for the restocking fee because I should have done my due diligence prior to doing business with this company. When I called them about the RMA, they specifically told me that parts had to be in the original packaging. I made sure to package them exactly the same way. At that point I knew I was at a loss with the restocking fee and I just cant fathom how the manager spoke to me. It is unbelievable how much stress they caused me. He argued with me that why would the dealer lie so in other words he is calling me a liar and denying my credit. The craziest thing about this situation is that they sent me photos of the part which was brand new and fully intact and it wasn’t even packaged in the original packaging that I put t in. I wish I would have taken pictures because now it is my word against the dealership but the way management handled this was so bad. The way they spoke to me and insinuating that I am a liar was just unreal. I would never mistreat someone in this manner. I had every intention even with the restocking fee being deducted from my credit to order the right parts but instead they denied my credit for one of he parts. Yes, that’s what I said they denied me for 1 of the parts. I sent back 2 parts and packaged them exactly how they were sent to me and they denied me credit for a part that the dealership sent to kiapartsnow that was not even in the packaging that I packaged in. I am beside myself but don’t worry kiapartsnow. Get ready for me to contact the better business bureau and dispute the charge with my credit card. Be ready for me to leave a review on every website in creation about this very horrible experience.
