Wished I had seen theses reviews before ordering through them. I was ripped off $106.57. They failed to deliver flowers on time and did not inform me until after the fact. After it was already to late

This company is a total dissapoinent... I made a order with plenty of time, they delivered 2 days before the date I set (it was for an anniversary) they ruined the surprise.... when I called to ask why they did not apologize couldn't even give an explanation, but assure me they will send the exact same thing I order (roses, ballon, chocolates, teddy bear and wine, big order NOT CHEAP at all) the correct day, well the day came and they just sent some roses and a ballon, I called not a valid explanation I sent and email and they have the nerve to said that go back and pick everything form first and second time delivered they will refund me the money!!! How you explain your family to give back what they got days ago when it was the company mistake! How can that even be a questions they asked?? Flowers, chocolates and they going to give someone else after you returned them???? Absolutely absurd!
Never ever again. I have one star to it will be seem!

I request service to be delivered on March 20th 2016... service was on time but everything else was very disappointed as fallowing;
This company is a bait & switch ... they sale something online and delivery something completely different of what you requested.... no to trust! or you'll be disappointed... for example as you buy online a strawberry cake they delivery chocolate or whatever they have expiring... the flowers no as fresh, the balloon with no air etc.... I was so disappointed! such a shame! why no provide true information and delivery what as promise to have you as a client for time to come! the customer service on chat is the worse I ever seen they have no answer for nothing! all they say call the services.... what they are? if they providing chat service they should provide a more qualified customer service... They Charge me $100 dollars for a product that doesn't worth even $30 dollars  SHAME ON THIS PLACE! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN... They no even bothher to send you a an customer satisfaction questionary to make sure they to be working with good representatives sounds like they no wanna honor their company's name.. they should care more about their client satisfaction to keep doing future business with the ones who try thei service.

I order a bouquet of 6 rouses, Ferrero Chocolates and a balloon saying " Congratulations Mom", instead they sent 2 easter liry and 4 rouses, a cheap chocolate's box and a balloon of " I love you".
I senta pic and they never responded. Poor service and products.
