Placed order and paid and got an email confirmation, then nothing for 2 weeks. I called, and got an automatic email saying that the warehouse was notified. 2 days later, zero communication.

I ordered 10 cans of Wild Planet canned yellowtail and 10 cans of Season mackerel in water. I was charged $20.00 for shipping. I received the cans of yellowtail yesterday, but no mackerel. Today I received a refund for the mackerel and $7.00 for shipping, yet the mackerel is still listed as "in stock" on their website. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. To their credit they did respond to messages sent through their website in a prompt manner.

I placed my first order and was very pleased. Order again within two weeks and had a lot of trouble placing the order. It took a moment to get the order and I received two or three weird emails. Just checked my order and it was not what I ordered and it was less than then quantity ordered. They are very difficult to reach by phone and customer service is very poor. They did but resolve the issue insisting I ordered what was sent because of what they saw on the computer and the email sent. I say the order switched because it was out of stock. I believe they substituted without permission. Their prices are excellent. Just poor service. Beware!

I order some items recently.
But they don't response email and call.
The website looks fake and scam.
So, I immediately open the case in PayPal.
After I dispute the case, they answer right away.
I request to ship out my order and they request close the PayPal case to process.
But that's not true. They can process even if the case is open!!
They lied but I didn't listen what they said.
Today, I called them to ship it. They got my phone call right away because they want to remove open case at Paypal.
They said they called me yesterday. No joke. They didn't call me at all, they kept lying to me.
They said, the person who handle this, he will call ,me back.
And they didn't call me. just processed refund and don't get my call gain.
WTF

I placed my order and then read the reviews and was terrified that I wouldn't get my order. There are so many bad reviews but I am the exception. I contacted the company in an attempt to cancel my payment and order. They contacted me back quickly and I decided to go ahead with it with my fingers crossed and holding my breath. Much to my surprise they emailed me my tracking number and two days later my order arrived......exactly as I had placed it. I will not hesitate to do business with them again. I am very pleased.

My first and will be my only time dealing with this company…
I ordered 2 - 12.5oz cans of hard to find pastry filling on November 27th for Christmas cookies. They didn’t ship it til December 17th Ground and here it is the 23rd and no filling.
So disappointed cause these are cookies I make every year and now I will not have these flavors.
Oh and they charged me $16.00 to ship two cans.

very bad experience. what they had on their website was not what they shipped me. took a month to hear back from them. Finally they said they would take back but I would have to pay shipping and a 25% restock free for their error. they shipped it wrong... I will never order from them again.

I made an order on 6/30/21. When a couple-few weeks went by and my order had not arrived, I emailed them. (Strangely, their emails come from an entity called egreen, not mercado magico.)
They emailed back saying they would check on the order. Another week went by. Again I had to chase after them. Apparently their inventory system is poor, because it turned out they did not have the product I had ordered. They should have been proactive and communicated this with ME, rather than my having to chase after me at every step along the way! Of course I requested a refund.
On July 22, they emailed me that they were initiating cancellation of the order and would let me know when that was complete.
Almost two weeks later, I still had not heard from them so again I had to chase after them!
Well, they promised to process my refund today and to confirm that in writing. We'll see....
If they similarly do not come through this time (TODAY), I am going to dispute the charge with PayPal.

Received defective product. No response to half a dozen emails. Could have spent 65 bucks on absolutely anything else in the world with better results.

Nothing delivered and little to no responses to emails. Don't waste your money and time. I have ordered products from several companies and this is the only business I had problems with. Shop elsewhere.

This is exactly my experience:
Order merchandise and have not recieved it and i email them several times now with no response back from them. This is unprofessional and bad bussiness. I want my money refunded back.
I believe they are a sham and would NEVER order anything from them. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered Ah So Dipping Sauce. No product received. No answer when calling them. No responses to email. Had to finally dispute charge (would have rather had product). Would have rated ZERO if it had been possible.
