I left a review on their website that was not favorable and they censored it. Typical of a poorly run company. They also got my order mixed up. I will not do business with them again.

I recently purchased a few different items from Nutstop.com for the holidays and it was an amazing experience. I had a little trouble with one of the items being in stock, but the customer service representative initiated a refund for the product they didn't have immediately, and sent me an email letting me know the details. When I got the product it was perfect temperature and everything tastes amazing!!! The quality of this product is unreal... my favorites were the roasted and salted cashews as well as the chocolate covered almonds....... and of course I had to buy gummy bears. The gummy bears were literally the best gummy bears I have ever enjoyed in my entire life and I 10/10 do recommend them.

I placed an order for Chocolate covered Cashews but received Malted Milk balls instead. A simple mix up and, you would think, easy to rectify. That is, if the company responded to anyone of the 3 emails I sent, or to the voice mail I left. However, they never answered any of them and I finally had to dispute the charge with my CC bank to recover my money. I can't rate the quality of the product I ordered since I never received it, but rest assure the have zero customer service! Avoid this business!!

I placed an order 12/21/21 for $69.20 for 7 items . It is now 01/02/22 and have not gotten them yet. I tried to contact them by phone they listed: 833 688-7867 & 888 635-0555, but both are bogus numbers. I also send several e-mails but got no response at all.

Don’t waste your money !!!
I purchased 8 bags of product for a large gift basket. I was mortified when the recipient informed me that all 8 bags of nutstop products had a horrible smell and a terrible taste, in other words they were rancid !!
I sent several emails to customer service and got no response.
So I called and after being placed on hold for 20 minutes I finally got to speak to someone who basically told me that there was a nothing she could do to help me , it was my fault that I received a rancid product. In other words we have your money and don’t care about your problem .
Their customer service is as lousy as their product !
Don’t waste your money !!!

I ordered large red-skinned peanuts ,and they sent me spanish peanuts.I am very disapointed. I could buy these at Walmart. They could of put more salt on these ,as they aren't very tasty.

I had high expectations from a company in the nut business, not a sideline of some other type of business. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Bought salted roasted cashews and salted roasted Brazil nuts. Both tasted old. Fresher nuts at the bulk bin at the grocery for less money.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I had been looking for chocolate covered pecans for a while, found nutstop while looking for another company, just received my order today July 18, 2020 , I ordered on July 09, worth the wait! The product was packaged very well & secured.Pecans are big & taste delicious! A little sweet, but no complaint. Oh, if you're in warm climate, just refrigerate after delivery.mmmmmmmmmmmm!

I was completely disappointed in this company! I specifically placed an order to get free shipping. Everything when I place the order should be in stock and it showed me my total was 70+ dollars. Then when I got an email it showed that some of the items hadn’t been placed I don’t know if they were out of stock or what. But my order was only 40+ Dollars and they had charged me shipping. I would have either not placed the order or placed a bigger order to make sure not to pay shipping. Trying to get a hold of this company has also been very frustrating they will not answer their phone you have to only send an email this is probably my first and last order

The service is poor and the food is bad and has no refund. When you search things up like for a example dried mangos it show's the mangos but a different dried fruit appeared and I thought it was the dried mangos but it was a different kind of dried fruit

Do not buy anything from Nutstop.com. I ordered from them in early March. They shipped only one third of my order while sending an email that the entire order shipped. The total order was for 42 lbs of dried beans. Received 14 lbs, shipping slip shows that is the weight shipped. Have tried contacting them numerous times with no response. It is now mid May 2020. Basically they stole my $$, approx $50. How many times have they done this to others. Take my advice , spend your hard earned $$ on a reputable vendor. Then they send me an email to see if I want to buy more!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

I'll preface my remarks by stating that I ordered in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic.
I will probably give them another chance after this is over. But, I ordered two weeks ago and the product still was not shipped. After 2 emails and 2 very scripted replies, I asked that they cancel my order and refund my payment. They cancelled the order immediately and I expect that the refund will be posted in a day or two.
I actually think that their issue right now is product availability and not the burden of more than normal order volume.
I would not order right now if you are considering.

I received an order, which understandingly took a while to receive. However, the order was incomplete. No notification about the modified order was sent. The full amount was paid at time of purchase. I immediately followed up via email and was told that I would receive a refund within a couple of days, well, it's been a couple of weeks and nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
After years of use I encountered the worst customer service ever! My order had not shipped in nearly a month yet they charged my card upon order entry. I could get no valid indication of a shipping date until I complained to PayPal. After the PayPal complaint I got an email within 20-mins indicating order cancellation.
Staff there is incompetent and worthless!
An old-line company with now poor supervision and values.
They’ll be gone soon.
And their performance is NOT virus-related!

Don't order from this company!
They shipped one of the three items I ordered and show the order as complete. I've sent two emails requesting assistance to no avail. When I call, I get a recording telling me to email them at NutStop.com and they will respond. If I could give them less that one star I would.

I wish I could give this review zero stars. I understand with COVID-19 that there would be some delays, but not TWO WEEKS from the time I placed my order. I contacted support to see what is going on and they couldn't even tell me when my order would be processed or shipped. They already charged my card. I anticipated maybe a week before my order was shipped, but I had to contact support to even know anything. After two weeks they didn't reach out to me assuring me that my order will still be filled or that my information hasn't been lost. I'm not upset that there's a pandemic that is causing issues for everyone, I'm upset with the lack of communication. This is my first experience with Nutstop and I'm seriously not happy. I absolutely will not be repurchasing through them again. They took my money, there has been no communication from their end, and I don't even know if their products are good.

I wonder what really is about 100% Satisfaction Guarantee at Nutstop
I purchased 7lbs bag of Roasted UnSalted Pumpkin Seeds - Lady Nails.

Item arrived quickly but the quality of this batch is very bad, pumpkin seeds do not taste fresh as the shells are soft, they do not split when bitten on.
It's been a week since I sent the emails about this issue and comment on their website and I still have not heard anything back from seller.

We purchase 25 lbs. of peanuts from nutstop.com. They were much better then the ones that we were buying from BJ's. Yours are about 1.00 lb. cheaper including shipping. Yours were bigger and cleaner. They are very good. We will continue buying the nuts from nutstop.com.

The order was not filled correctly. I followed guidelines for returning merchandise and got no help. I called and reached a woman who told me the correct merchandise would be sent. That was several weeks ago and I still have not received my order. I can't rate product but I can rate customer service. They do not know how to spell it. I will return to my previous vendor who is very reliable, just a bit more expensive. Lesson learned.

Order organic chia seeds and they have black specs in them, also the chlorella powder i ordered it came in a package with a see through front. Prolong Light exposure to cholorella powder is not good they need to fix this issue also when emailed about the black specs and what they were and where they came from they never replyed very odd the chia seeds had no product/nutrition label on them to tell me where there from.

I thought the peanuts were very small and tasteless. The spicy peanuts were soggy with buffalo seasoning. If you want real Virginia peanuts , large and salty good, try another peanut vendor.

I love nutstop! P!aced second order they enclosed a Complimentary bag of chocolate covered almonds... The best ever. I also received a bag of deluxe mixed nuts that was open at the bottom. I contacted nutstop and they sent not one but two new bags of mixed nuts immediately! Great customer service! They will hear from me again!
