Got card and it doesn't work.
Supposed to be good a a number of stores and no one will take it. No one will take it, can't get any customer service . This is not legitimate

The first time it worked but the second time i try redeeming my XBOX it sends me to where I'm suppose to get the code instead it keeps on refreshing

They sent me a Walmart gift card like 7 days ago, and I saved it to my Walmart wallet. Well a few hours later when I tried to use it all of sudden they can't retrieve gift card balance. And of course they have no customer service contacts and direct you to contact a Walmart email that isn't even in use anymore. Been given the runaround by customer service from Walmart and the sender for several days now. This is a crappy way to do business!!!

Can’t let me get my e-gift card from WalMart. I don’t know what esle to do. I got my rewards by pampers club, and I can’t even get my rewards. The “I’m not a robot”. They don’t understand the I’m not. I need to get my rewards ASAP.

I received two Aetna Medicare Home Depot egift rewards cards successfully in December 2022 via vcdelivery.com. I tried to do an online Home Depot purchase and their website would only accept one of them per order as payment. I spent two hours on a phone call with a very nice Home Depot support person but she could not resolve the situation and I ended up putting the balance on my credit card. This is supposed to be like cash and why I was denied using multiple cards is beyond me. It seems there are many bugs in the process to be worked out for this to be useful. I guess in the future, I will request Aetna to use the Post Office delivery option to see if that works better.

I received two e-gift cards from Walmart through VC delivery.com when I received the emails I clicked on and sure enough there is my gift cards I go to Walmart I proceed to check out I go back into my email to click on to my gift cards from Walmart and they're gone it says an error occurred please try again later been trying all day kind of embarrassing when you go to pay for your order and your card is not there one was in the amount of $45.09 the other was in the amount of $45.90 still 8 hours later nothing

I have been waiting since the middle of October for my CVS card to come to me via email from VC delivery it has never shown up yet they keep putting requests in but I have never received my cards VC deliver owes me a CVS card in the amount of $150 I will be filing a complaint with consumer services

I have been trying to get my $100 gift card from Aetna Rewards program for Kohl’s since November 2022. I call end of December, still have not received it. Review is 0 stars!!!!

I have been calling Aetna several time because I have not received this Vcdelivery gift card for a months now. Reading all this complains I will call Aetna to send me a different gift card if possible.

It doesn’t work if you try to use the "claim box" for the gift cards on an iPhone or iPad….but it did work on a laptop …weird?..something about the server used. ..now we'll see if they actually work at the restaurant tomorrow!…hope so.

Don't of the gift card never arrived and the ones that did ain't, I used part of the balance but when I went back to the store to finish shopping, the digital card had been made so that the bar code was not there anymore. The gift cards we in the email that was sent to me but now everything but the gift cards shoe up. I've been robbed of an unused portion and there's no way to get it back.
This is a terrible sketchy company.

I had this same issue—after 1 month and 6 calls, I get off the phone today, and receive it 20 minutes after the call ends.
Mine was with Sam’s Club…
was that number you provided for VC delivery? if so no answer no surpise there

I just received an email from VCDELIVERY.com?? The email is from Sam's Club Member Services for a $40.00 Gift Card. There is an order number and a Purchase Number. I had just sent them an email about a product I purchased. Could this be real?? I will contact Sam's Club and verify if it is real.
Be very wary as this VCDELIVERY does not have a good review.
I am giving a 1-star as I have to give something.

I had two e-gift cards STOLEN that were delivered via vcdelivery. Try to contact them. Impossible! They hide their information from Google. I was able to find some information and a number of their FRAUD dept. 868 362 9035, we'll see. They seem to share a server! Not a good idea. Several other small companies use the same server. I will never use an e-gift card again. Everyone protects the criminal and to hell with the victim.

Very POOR customer service if you ask me! NO where to contact rep for NON-DELIVERY after hours. Some people work till 6 am and then wake after the golden "10 AM DEADLINE TO REPORT MISSING PAPER!!!" This is the worst service industry/paper "news" system, get with it and add a line for complaints/missing paper. They don't recognize my phone number, tho I have subscribed for years. LA Times knows who is calling automatically, DUH!! Easter Sunday and NO PAPER!!!!!

Idk why my Aetna ins.electronic gift card email doesn’t show anything anywhere in my email yet a email communication email went to my email just fine yesterday when it was sent to me do I need to download something or r activate school and work access or what my card has been sent to me more than once it was for amount of 150$ instead of 3 seperate cards it was supposedly put in for 1card instead of 3 original member order #105236
