We purchased a "breed and show" quality pup for $8500 in 2021. She now has entropian in one eye, hip dysplasia in both hips and renal dysplasia in both kidneys. A congenital defect that causes canine kidney disease. She will be on a special diet costing thousands each year and well as special vet care just to keep her alive. Emailed Bob and crickets?? So much for breed and show quality. She is from URS and Humeria. Would definitely shop elsewhere for a healthy Rottweiler

Bought a Rottweiler from Von Ruelmann now 9 months old. Has cherry eye since 3 months old. Von Ruelmann has done nothing to support me. I paid a lot of money for this dog. When I told them about the problem that you said have an operation and cut out his 3rd eyelid. I refuse to deform my dog. ( their breed has a deformity that causes cherry eye ) every day multiple times a day I have to massage his cherry eye back into place. They never offered to help me or refund me. They don't care about the dog! It's all about money to them! Buyer beware!

Our contract you signed and agreed to is clear and to the point it clearly states what we guarantee and what we don’t. The dog went to the vet many times in your possession with no health problems detected.

When I first called and spoke to Bob about getting a puppy from Von Ruelmann Breeders I was geinuelly impressed by Bob's straight forward answers. He explained about the Sire and Dam of the litter that was ready to go. He asked me questions about where his puppy was going to go to and how her day-to-day activities would be. I told him I was looking for a female. And asked when I could come and pick one out. Bob explained that he picked the puppies for the new owners based on the owner and environment that the puppy would be going to and the fact that he had been with these puppies since birth so he had a better idea of which puppy would fit best with the new owner. I was a little unsure about someone else picking my puppy for me. Bob asked me to send him an email with what type of rottweiler I was looking for. So, I sent him the email and waited till the following weekend to drive to Riverside to pick her up. I have had Kimber for two weeks now and I have to say that Bob nailed it with this puppy and me. We are inseparable! We took to each other immediately. I could not be happier with my new puppy! She has beautiful markings. Kimber is super smart and picks up on new tasks almost immediately. Thank you, Bob and Suzie Kimber, is perfect for me!

I spent two years researching breeders, quality of dogs and ethics. After due diligence and talking with several breeders I choose Bob and Susie Bolognesi and Von Ruelman Rottweiler . Bob was straight forward and truthful with his answers and knowledge of the breed. The quality of his dogs is the best that can be. I was wanting a female dog and Bob chose the perfect dog for me and my family. She is a gentle, loving, dog that makes you feel extremely secure. The knowledge and quality of the Rottweiler and genuine respect for honesty and truthfulness was definitely worth the long journey to find our perfect girl

My female Rottweiler I bought from Von Ruelmann Rottweilers just turn 1 year on 5/3/20. I picked her up on the 4th of July 2019 at 8 weeks old.
A word to describe this dog is magnificent. She is stunningly beautiful, incredibly smart, the most loyal dog and has intense drive, but is also very sweet. She is bred so well. I know she could excel at anything a Rottweiler is bred to do and more. I have her very socialized. She is great with kids, even gentle with babies. Enjoys other dogs and plays well, even with little dogs. Living in Tahoe she is getting very strong and fit at 95 lbs. We have all the outdoor activities. She loves, the snow and swims like a Labrador in the Lake. She goes on hikes with me so I feel safe from bears and weirdos. I have the best companion dog I dreamed of. Thank you!

Male with one testicle...Said they would at least pay for surgery. Didnt pay for surgery, so I was stuck and cant breed him. Paid 8 grand for a dog I cant do anything with... would give a 0 but it doesn't let me.

ive been working with bob for a couple years now. i purchased 3 dogs within a 3 year span and can not be anymore satisfied. i have female from FRENKI and UMA and she is the best dog i had so far very smart great temperament and drive. i aso have a female from jumper and addy and a male from this past litter KARL and FANI cant wait to see the monster he becomes. They have been very helpful in helping me pick out the pups i needed and will definitely reference them to anyone looking for good great rotts.

bought my rottie 8 years ago. her nose was not a true black so i knew she was not a showdog. but i didn't want a showdog. price was high for a non-showdog. BUT she was the best, smartest, most loving dog i could ever imagine. everyone loved this dog, so i feel price was worth it, even with the defective nose. she is now very sick and i will lose her soon, but i would pay almost anything for another dog like her.

Straight to the point, if you're looking for top worldwide pedigrees, which of course are going be the best Rottweilers your going to find here in the USA Von Ruelmann has done all the homework for you ! There's no need to go through all the hassle importing a pup. Especially with Von Ruelmann's training techniques that have already began prior to you receiving your puppy ,not to mention the support you will receive throughout the life of this pup. Look no further than Von Ruelmann if your looking for best !

i have a male from xtra an jorgie litter 4/18/14, no health problems at all,well i will have to say,the little guy would not listen to me, i have had many dogs,my mother was a breeder, so i hired a trainer, oh the trainer wants my dog, he was shocked how smart an quick he learned, advanced off-leash obedience, then service dog, then personal protection,,i take him everywhere i go, he is like a big puppy towards other people an kids, i honestly had no idea this dog would turn out like he did, words cant explain it, i will be getting him a girlfriend soon enough, from von ruelmann, i called bob atleast 20+times with all sorts of questions an bob was so kind an answered them all, i highly recommend these dogs, mine is awsome an handsome...

Read the contract very carefully. I always get amazed by the great Nuebrand dogs that they are fortunate enough to buy (the problem is NOT NUEBRAND DOGS they are the best in the world in my opinion). Von ruleman also has a very nice web page. Price was not a concern for us but when you buy very EXPENSIVE pick of the litter DOGS that are described as EXTREME HIGH QUALITY they should not come with a disqualifying fault tail. Our 2 pick of the litter females have AKITA tails (laying on their back). We love them but we paid to have dogs that we could love and SHOW. That dream has been taken from us with no discussion of a price adjustment or making it right. We love the pups and they love us so we are forced to live with it. Look around and be careful there are plenty of breeders with GREAT high quality dogs that will stand behind their dogs and breeding's. Buyers beware if your paying $6,000.00 for a show puppy make certain the contract covers you with any sort of disqualifying faults (PLENTY HAVE THAT). You will love your dog at that point but you should be properly compensated for a NON EXTREME HIGH QUALITY DOG.

Bobs contracts are simple and straight forward. Cleanest, place ive ever seen in my life. Smelled better than my own home. Loved bob, returned every call I ever had. Definitely considering another VR rott. Best Rott I ever had and ive had two. Bob picked my dog because I was not going to show the dog. He asked extensive questions that I thought were silly....until the dog matured and i realized he gave me exactly what I asked for Hes a dog wisperer. Von Rhuelman rules.
If I bought a show dog and had experience I would have mentioned the disqualiying concerns prior to purchasing the dog.....not after. But what do I know.
You don't know, that is the problem, Kenneth. Have you ever asked yourself, "why are my features so asymmetrical?". Right, well the dog cannot do this.

Von Ruelmann Rottweilers has been breeding for 44 years. We have some of the most health tested Rottweilers in the world. This customer review is not truthful. She was offered a replacement puppy as per the conditions of our contract and was allowed to keep her dog. Even after she told us that she allowed the puppy to run up and down the stairs for nearly 2 years at which time the dog showed signs of injury. A contract was signed and agreed too upon purchase.
