Sounds like they were getting too much heat everywhere else so they are now trying this in Arkansas. They took over our trailer park, stopped paying for trash, lawn care, and pest control (bugs in Arkansas are BAD. I cant even tell you how many varieties of roaches we have). They raise rent to the very edge of the legal limit every 6 months or so even though they never fix anything and one maintenance man has told me they were wanting him to sabotage breaker boxes. Idk if that's true or not but I wouldn't doubt it given my personal experience. I've had walls, floors, windows, and doors falling through, molding, leaking our air, and so much more. We have had continual electrical problems and our breaker box keeps over heating on our furnace and they continue to not fix it. There is so much more I could say, and I have proof of basically everything, but I need to get off of here.

Worst mobile home ever its a nightmare they sold us a display model at full price and it is a 2017 model and I is literally falling apart. They have wood wired inside the cabinets to hold the brackets the drawers slide in when there are screw holes they should have used. They have all completely fallen off so now we have to replace all of them . We have to replace the storm entrance door because they have it wired up as well and it let rain in so now we have to replace the frigging floor. They didn't put in shelves in the cabinets to set your food on at all. They didn't hook up one of the shower so now water runs between the walls. We told them if all the repairs it needed as soon as we got it and they said we have a year to fix any problems that was 2017 it is now 2023 and NOTHING has been fixed.. I would never purchase from this company ever again. I give them 0 stars but u have to do at least one but they are the worst ever DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

When I bought my trailer last year, management told me that since I didn't have a steady income (waiting on disability), I would have to pre-pay one year of lot rent ($370x12) plus a $270 security deposit. Then I received a notice that they were raising my rent to $400 a month and admin didn't care that I had pre-paid for a whole year - they were changing the terms of the contract to suit their needs.

They do not make everyone follow the rules
Cars with flat tires npn running sitting. People out in the street all hours of the night
Cars parked in the yard instead of driveway. Junk piled up around Mobile home. The place needs on-site management that makes rounds thru this park day and night to see what really goes on. People burning trash in a 55 gal drum. Things should be better for the price that we pay for the lots.

Horrible customer service. You make appointment with Director of Sales Etik Pedersen who never calls back. Make another appointment and never calls back. Calls to Erik go to voicemail and he never calls back. Extremely poor customer service. Taking my business elsewhere. Also, very unfriendly website. You should be able to see what homes are available before you are forced to deal with No Call Erik!!!

They discriminate won't fix anything that is their responsibility evict due to your past and completely ruin lives and make people with babies homeless to put higher class people in and write lease agreement to be able to screw you at any givin time they want I totally advise anyone not to move into any park they own and manager donice is heartless and down right evil watch for this review site to start blowing up with negative reviews I've talked with almost everyone in several of their parks and not one had a good word to say about her.

Terrible, decieving. Its not Buy Here, Finance Here, Move in Today. They take your downpayment, then forget you, this whole experience has been a total nightmare. Now, we have to find a way to get our money back so we can look elsewhere.
